If Bradley doesn't start for Roma could see this as a good move. Both Bradley and Altidore on the same team looking for EPL redemption.

wow that is massive. Idk how to feel about this because if Bradley went to Sunderland he would start every match. Not only this but he can help create for Altidore because well they know each others play. I think this should def happen if Roma wont play him as much as he deserves

Reasons I like this:
1. Bradley would be a guaranteed starter for every game without question.
2. He linked up really well with altidore and bosnia and could be the guy who helps jozy get the chances he needs to succeed at sunderland.
3. It would be useful to have the two core pieces of the future of our national team playing together and building their relationship.
4. I could actually get to see bradley play all the time since right now his games are stuck on bein sport.

Reasons I don't like this:
Roma has a very solid squad and certainly a contender for champions league this year. Roma's coach has also complimented bradley a lot and he is definitely in his plans for the season so at the least he won't just be riding the bench there. And they have already rebuffed everton and other seria a teams who inquired about him so this will likely not amount to anything.

Youre right rjw77 but every player has a price no matter how important the player is. I mean look at Bale from tottenham a very vital player. Real madrid so close to getting bale lol for s ridiculous price

Rumors are Sunderland offered 7M euros, Roma wants at least 10M.

Other posts people saying Jozy to Sunderland was bad because they'll be relegated which is bad for Jozy. Wouldn't same be true for Bradely? Yes it would be nice to see these two playing together every week but I hope he stays at Roma. He won't be sitting bench all the time. He'll get significant playing time, just may not start. This would be a step down IMO!

I don't think they will be relegated. They went on the road to a very solid southampton side and stole a point. They were also 3 minutes away from winning the game. But I also think a player like bradley is exactly what they need. They have good attackers in altidore, giacherrini, and adam johnson. There defense is solid enough. But they really lack in the center of the field. They need someone who can link their attackers with the midfield. It's too bad they missed out on huddlestone, who would be a more realistic option than bradley.

Maybe I'm a bit of a homer but I think Bradley is good enough to start for Roma despite the increased competition and I think he's much better off in Roma than at Sunderland.

We're all homers here. But I like the move because it would team up two crucial USMNT ,players. No doubt Sunderland is a step down though.

I hope Bradley stays. Roma are potentially Champions League caliber. Sunderland may be fighting for relegation.

Looking at Roma's roster, Bradley should start or be 1st or 2nd on as a sub, they aren't that deep. On any high level club there is going to be competition, a high level player should welcome it. Judging by Michael's character, I suspect he relishes the competition of De Rossi, Strotman, and Pjanic.
