I'm not buying that Kenny Saief isn't in your top two favorite players.

Not sure if this is good or bad for Aron but with Max Kruse out now for a few months with that bad ligament tear he got this week and with Pizzaro injured, I hope they dont rush Jahannsson back to quickly. He has looked good the little time he has played but I feel like Werder Bremen are in a position where they need him back now.

On the plus side IF he's healthy he has a golden opportunity to stake claim to a starting spot and hopefully not look back. Huge opportunity for Aron if he's back to semi-full health

Sounds like Aron is going to be in the line-up today for Werder vs Bayern. Pretty much straight from the hospital to the field for him. It sucks when the three strikers in front of you are all injured. I wish him luck and good health.

Even if he has a hat trick and an assist today, hope he does not get called up net week. Let him rest and recoup after such a long recovery. Good for him. (Of course a hat trick and assist is ridiculous)

I guess the blessing is they are playing Bayern which will probably have 80% possession so Aron may never even touch the ball or even run for that matter. lol

Yikes! Starting this soon and against Bayern. He is going to be isolated up top and won't see the ball much like KJP said. Doubt he goes 90.

Also Green made the bench for Bayern. Great to see him in the 18 man gameday roster. Just a matter of time before he gets some appearances and scores some goals.

Off in the 63rd. No chances, barely had a touch. His team has looked horrible, he has been isolated and had to track back to even get a touch.

Skrypnyk is not going to last long as coach if Werder keep playing like that. No organization whatsoever. Embarrassing really...

I wonder how this guy feels about Iceland's success and USA decline. I wonder if he feels he ultimately made the right decision. Granted he has not helped himself and has been unfortunate as well.

Question: If he can somehow stay healthy, find a place in his team and score regularly. Does he still have a future with the national team?

I still feel like if he is healthy and can find the right situation that he has something left to give to the Nats. I felt he was one of the more talented strikers in our player pool. At one point I rated him higher than Bobby Wood and Jozy.

I wonder how him, Carter Vickers and others see the turmoil US is now and plan a change.
