Like most of you, I'd prefer that he stays with AZ until after Brazil.

Looks like teams who have been looking at Aron already, realize that the price they will need to pay will skyrocket after his first WC, so they are trying to move in for the kill now. That would be a wise approach if I were them.

I don't mind him going to England, but not Stoke. I'd rather him end up in another league though but not until AFTER the World Cup.

Are you expecting him to score 5+ goals?

He will keep scoring for AZ, and even with 1 or 2 goals in the WC and just playing well His Stock will rise extremely High. His transfer could be between 10-20 Million euros depending on what he does club, international wise.

I think we can all agree on one thing, and it's that AJ should stay at AZ for the remainder of the season. He has a good thing going for him right now, headed into the WC, and it would be foolish to disrupt that.

This transfer rumor could be moot. Guidetti looks to be headed to Stoke on loan.

Good for everyone, IceBacon needs to stay at AZ for now where he'll be going into the WC on top form and his confidence sky high. IDK if he'll score 5 goals in Brazil, but he will def. be able to see his transfer interest increase. Personally don't think he should go to England or Italy...Germany, Spain and then France (in that order) would probably be his best bets. If he's going to a Juve or Everton something like that then sure, England/Italy isn't so bad...but they won't allow him to flourish the way that the other leagues will.

Just don't see why AZ would sell right now. They are playing on three fronts, and Johannsson is their main source of offense. Also Aron will be worth much more after the WC. AZ wants to sell him for the best possible transfer fee.

Probably true, but then again a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. And Aron replaced Jozy well, perhaps they think they can do it again, replacing Aron.

AZ has already rubbished the scuttlebutt.

AJ getting back in the groove with a goal in the first half. Has looked very bright in the first half. Not a highlight reel goal, but they all count in the end. Good movement to get on the end of a cross he bungled home.
