Anyone catch Jared Jeffrey / Conor Doyle play?

Saw their last assist/goal combo to go up 3-1, but didn't see the match prior to that.

Conor score his first goal too, nice little tap to redirect a james riley cross! Starting to love the youth movement.

Dc United wont make the playoffs however if they can keep their momentum up they could definitely be a suprise winner of the open. Chicago will be tough and so will the winner of the portland/real salt lake game but DC looks a lot better lately luis silva has been playing extremly well since he came to D.C. from toronto. I could see a january call up for luis silva in the calling if he keeps scoring goals. Also Jared Jeffrey has done pretty well since coming to DC.

Kansas city really missed zusi today they might have put 27 shots on frame but most shots were way off target. Chicago fire get a solid away win against philly if chicago can finish strong they might be able to sneak in as a five seed for the mls playoffs. Houston is up 2-0 on columbus and should probably coast to victory. A loss for columbus against houston should probably be the end of columbus playoff ambitions. They have to get a lot of wins and the teams in front would have to really slip up. Real Salt lake up 2-1 right now should be a good second half. A win tonight for RSL would further cement them as the top team in the western confrence. San Jose against chivas 0-0 San Jose cannot afford to drop points in a tight race for the western confrence playoff spots.

Also watching LA vs Juve game. Entertaining and LA is def putting in a good performance. They're passing is good and they are actually pushing Juve back. Villarreal may have had a poor u20 wc but I think he's still a great prospect. He's very skillful and a smart player.
Also Sarvas has to be one of the most frustrating players I've ever seen. One minute he looks great the next he's committing stupid fouls and stupid giveaways.

Kellyn Acosta has come in for FC Dallas.

Doing my best to watch 3 games at once... Portland, Seattle, and LA. Life is difficult.

Juve were def. not clicking tonight. However, that doesn't take away from the Galaxy, they played very well. Galaxy look to be getting healthy again, and therefore are going to be very dangerous in the second half of the season. Can't wait for the LA(Donovan) v Seattle(Clint) game in Sept.

I think Los Angeles will go on a huge run in the second half of the season. La Galaxy with landon donvan back are a completly diffrent team. Also the galaxys record with omar gonzalez in the lineup is extremly good. Plus the rumored pickup of pinedo could shift a momentum changer. Cudicini hasnt been good enough this season also have to think with all of zardes chances created by his teammates he will put more of them in the back of the net.

Did anyone pick up all of the pressing donovan and his forwards were doing I dont think juventus expected that much pressure. I think Juventus expected the galaxy to give them a lot of space and time on the ball which wasnt the case. My prediction is that the galaxy and seattle make a huge run in the second half of the season with demps and donovan leading the charge for the teams. New York red bulls also could make a huge run in the second half of the season I think they will become more consistent and really solidify the number one spot. Silly as this might sound I dont think Colorado will be able to make the playoffs they have played a couple extra games but Colorado has one of the lowest points per games out of the 7 teams in the west who I think have a chance to make the playoffs. I think them and san jose end up missing out on the playoffs. For san jose its been the inability to recreate what happened last year and losing simon dawkins hurt the team a lot. Also throw in injuires to various players national team callups and they havent been the same team as last year. I think they just miss out on a playoff spot along with colorado in the west.

That throw from Robles to Steele to Sam for the 3rd goal...Jesus he flung that...NYRB in 1st place...no Zusi showed...

Good win for DC but can they stay consistent.

Poor Boca stuck in the depths of Chivas USA hell. Red card looked like one too.

Pretty goal from Cam Weaver...Columbus have been garbage as of late..

Sean Johnson...2014 isnt his time but 2018 he could make a real push as the no.1..made some great saves

Mike Magee IDK about the Bosnia friendly but he's been lights out with Chicago
