Arriola is drawing interest from clubs in the Netherlands, Portugal and MLS. Fingers crossed that he sneaks into the Mexican pipeline to the Netherlands or Portugal.

Arriola in the Netherlands would be pretty dope. Maybe he can link up with Miazga at Vitesse??

I'd love Arriola going to Europe, but I also don't want him on the national team for a little while. I did not enjoy watching him in the Gold Cup, his first touch needs improving, I was losing my mind watching that and some not so good crosses. I wish him well and hope he earns his way back, just want to look another route for the national team for a while.

To me I think Arriola is a better bench option than starter. Could you imagine a nightmare for a backline seeing Duece, Morris, and him come off the bench after chasing around Wood, Pulisic, and Nagbe for 60 minutes and the speed of Morris and Ariolla and determination of Dempsey with fresh legs.

Anbd to goods point below...

If Arriola doesn't make the team, I'd be pretty pissed if Bedoya did..

Sure, but there's an apples-to-oranges thing in that comparison.

He scored the only goal in Tijuana's cup win last night. There's really no excuse for 5+ goals this year for him. He needs to take that step up if he doesnt transfer away.
