Good player but seems to have it a little bit of a wall
I think he'll break out of it. He's got good technical ability and reads the game well.

I think DC needs something to push them over the edge. There is a ton of great, young, American talent there, but no truly incredible players that a prototypical MLS team needs. DeRo is probably the closest thing, but he's so streaky you need windex to find him sometimes.

DeRo, DeLeon, Pontius, and Najar all can change games. It's too bad DeLeon an Najar play the same position
If they traded Najar, they could get someone really good.

That would really upset the fan base here. They are attached at the hip to the kid. They will have to get over it sometime - if he does well at the Olympics he could be out of here.
