Here are a list of possible 2015 U-20 Attackers. Should be a very talented attacking corps regardless who gets picked.

Ben Spencer: Currently with Molde in Norway. He stands at 6'3" and is a very much a real #9.

Caleb Calvert: Just signed a homegrown contract with Chivas USA. At 16 this kid already stands at 6'2". Another #9. Don't be surprised to see this kid get some minutes for CHivas USA's first team as the season goes on.

Julian Green: Currently moved up to Bayern Munichs U-23 team at 18. Has trained with Bayerns first team a handful of times the past year. He can play as a winger or as a striker. Stands at 5'9".

Rubio Rubin: Just signed a pre-contract with Utrecht of the Eredivisie. Can be used as a winger or as a striker. Stands at 5'10".

Benji Lopez: Currently plays for RSL-Arizona's Academy. Satnds at 6'0". Another #9 type.

Amando Moreno: Signed a homegrown contract for the RedBulls earlier this year. Stands at 5'6", but is extremely quick and skilled with the ball. Will be used as a winger/wide forward.

Kosta Koukladas: Currently plays for Rot-Weiss essen in Germany. Has a ton of talent. Will probably play as a winger/Wide forward. His coaches believe he has the potential to be one of the best American players ever. He does have triple citizenship with Greece, The USA, and Germany, but aspires to play for the US because he was first and formost born and raised in the US.

Kainoa Bailey: Recently signed a contract with Bayer Leverkusen. He is another wide forward/attacking midfielder. Has a ton of talent as well.

Paul Arrriola: Is on the books now with Tijuana. He is another wide forward. Has some speed and some talent.

Piakai Hekel: Plays for FC Amiens in Germany. Another wide forward/attacking midfielder. Is pretty talented.

Romain Gall: Currently plays for FC Lorient. Has been getting a lot of notice from Lorients first team coaches. Has a ton of talent. He does have dual citizenship with France and the USA. If France shows interest he may opt for them.

Zach Pfeffer: Currently on the books with the Philadelphia Union, but is on a year long loan with Hoffenheim. Highly talented. Another wide forward/Attacking midfielder.

Junior Flores: Is currently with Borussia Dortmund. He is projected as a wide forward/RAM/LAM at the next level. Talented, but has had issues with his lacadaisical training habits. Hopefully this move to German football will square him away.

Omar Thompson: Currently on the books at Wigan in England. A lot of pace and power. Can play as a wide forward or second striker. Has a lot of talent with his 1v1 attcking qualities.

Jordan Morris: Not sure if he is eligible for the 2015 team, but he is only 18. Haven't been able to find his birthdate. But if he is eligible then that is another boost for this talented crop of attackers.

So now you know when I have stated that the 2015 U-20 team is stacked full of attacking talent, I am completely telling the truth.

It's promising that so many of them are with good clubs overseas, but that means that we'll probably see at least a few of them back in MLS by the time they're 20-24. I don't mean to be pessimistic but everytime I get my hopes up about promising young talent, my hopes are dashed quite spectacularly. I say that, we'll see how Jozy and Brek develop over the next 5 years when they'll be at their peak.

Not a big deal of they stay in MLS or come back. Thats the whole reason for having a domestic league.

What about Joel Sonora, thought he was the best player the last time we got to see the U-17's play. I think he's with Boca Juniors...

Lynden Gooch too.

Anyone know why he hasn't been getting any calls from the US of late? He could of been part of the last u17 cycle. He has been called by the US before in the past and I know he accepted a call-up from Ireland last Nov. Interesting to see how he develops.

If you didn't know him here's his profile for Sunderland.

Idk anything so I leave all the research to 2tone. But wow what a list. One obvious thing I see is that a lot of them are in Germany honing their skills in Germany. I think that influence from Klinsy does have an effect. But it also shows the young talent that is slowly budding in America. We're coming maybe not in 2014 but 2018 and 2022 will be epic.

We should score plenty of goals, just worried about our defending...

Conor O'Brien could finally make his Austrian debut for Wiener Neustadt on Saturday.
