Hahah, good post Blaise. I nominate you for the Dual Citizenship Scouting Award!

Terrible post by him, I received no award. I want one, not really.

Anyways... if the US decides on booting Ramos, when will that happen? Within a few days, weeks, months?

@Mojo

You def. deserve the Mojo FC player of the year award! I hope they don't boot Ramos. For christ sake we need a little bit of coaching stability in the USSF ranks. That was an incredibly difficult group to get out of. Did Ramos make some mistakes? Sure. But I don't think they were enough for him to lose the job, yet.

Thanks thanks! I played most positions other than Keeper throughout the season, so I will gladly take the award, but have to say it was only possible because of the excellent coach we have (me also).

Not calling for his head, just curious. With the massive emphasis on youth levels when JK arrived, will be interesting to see how the US reacts to this.

I came weak with the joke on yours but you always make laugh

Playing on words so you also get the High times man of the year award

I knew i forgot Mojofc

He gets the comeback player of the year award (not being funny but a tribute to your injury)

I also forgot to add that Villarreal was more worried about losing his friendship bracelet than he was about losing the game!

With the end of one cycle another begins. Hold onto your butts ladies and gents because the 2015 U-20 cycle could be a very special cycle. With the talents of Julian Green, Zach Pfeffer, Kanoai Bailey, Zach Steffen, Junior Flores, Ben Spencer, Romain Gall, Shaq Moore, Jacole Turner, Rubio Rubin, Joel Sonora, Russel Cannouse and the list goes on the 2015 US cycle is stacked at almost every position.

Don't mourn for the 2013 cycle, it's done. Move forward, look forward, and never stop believing. 2015 could turn heads.

A trio of romain gall, junior flores, julian green is gonna be very fun to watch.. Cant wait for the next cycle a lot of very talented players, and as always there are new players that emerge out of nowhere for example this year like alonso,.yedlin, sorto... But the upcoming sub 17 should be stacked...

Lemme just say that I will gladly accept the Newbie award. Thanks Blaise.

In all seriousness Gil, O'neill, and Yedlin are the only ones who really impressed. Villareal was average although he showed flashes in the Ghana match. Trapp was acerage I thought. Cropper got better and he showed be put on watch. Alhough he did fumble some balls he looked confident.

Goodlord this might just be the most talented cycle of young players I have ever seen. The 2022 world cup might just be the USMNT coming out party. Also add emerson hyndman from fulham and ive seen jeff caldwell play he plays for u-17s as goalkeeper riduclously good when I watched him although not sure if he will play a part but hopefully he can since he lives like 30 minutes away from me.

I see a lot of discussion on Tab Ramos as a coach. I didnt mind the aggressive tactics but the team looked as if they didnt know each other as players. I know its not going to be totally cohesive at this age group, lack of time together and all that, but passes were made to runs that were not made. Shuffling the backline was crazy as was leaving off Zimmerman, which you guys have all stated. Injuries did hamper the team but overall like the Senior team the player pool net has seemed to be cast way too small. Not enough evaluation by Ramos and his coaches. Poor adjustments and even worse team selection. Id say give him another chance but surround him with better coaches.

Mario Rodriguez was very poory as was Villareal. Trapp Ceuvas and Lopez all looked good to me. I was not a fan of Luis Gils body language after going down to Ghana it looked like he quit. ONeill looked good and Stanko needs to play as a CDM much better suited for that role. Oce shouldve been on the bench for the last two games. Yedlin going forward looks like a real player but for a RB I think he drifts inside way too much. As the years go by I see him being pushed up at to RM. Reminds me of a faster Fabian Johnson. Just knows where to go to open space.

Other than that Id like to say Ive been a soccer fan all my life and just found this board recently, figured Id jump in and have a good discussion. Looking forward to talking soccer with you guys and gals.
