Green will play for the US

Just some clarification. Is he just willing to play for the US or is he outrightly committed?

I'm not that aware of the difference. He will show up when called and wants to be on the U20 team

Well he could be willing to play for the US now, then eventually choose Germany if he gets the call later down the road. As far as I understand he hasn't chosen one side or the other, so I was just wondering if you knew something I didn't.

20' into the match, extremely poor start for the US. Can't keep possession, can't make simple passes, can't hold the ball, touches are heavy. Have had the best chance though, although they have had quite a few good chances as well compared to our one.

Wow Rodriguez... should have 2 goals. Doesn't get easier than those.

Spain up 1-0, if we put some goals in and Spain scores a few it's possible we could overtakes France. Likely, no, possible yes.

Villareal with a very nice shot there.

Good Lord we have been poor in every aspect of this match... Hindsight is always 20/20 but man Tab Ramos just dropped the ball in a few ways with his man management and roster selection.

Never getting these players in the mindset of winning prior to this was a questionable decision as well. Toulon tournament we never started our best 11 of that tournament. You should have an idea by the end who you feel are the best 11 of that tournament. Why not play them and see how they mesh in the last game?

Other than the 4-1 loss to Spain(sounds odd), and the last 20 minutes against France, we have been extremely poor as a team.

What is the problem? Not sure.. does the US get 'stuck' with players because we've invested time in them?

Too many of these guys seem avg and uninspired. Why are we afraid to bring 'skill' players to the squad, more players like Cuevas that are dangerous with the ball at their feet.

Why is it that with 3 inner mids, none of them continually give the winger an option? The closest one needs to run like MB and give them an option.

Good note, Cropper seems to have stopped coughing the ball up as the tournament has gone on. Excellent game today.

Tab ramos isnt good enough for the u-20 I think he should be fired first time since 1981 we havent won any game in the u-20 group stage. Poor selection poor tactics. You take out mikey lopez one of the best players and replace him with danny garcia a natural winger. Caleb Stanko is not a centerback he is a central midfielder for the future. He plays a highline against spain he sticks with torre for the france game. His choice of not going with walker zimmerman and to not choose any target forward for the whole roster.

Didnt switch tactics against ghana you are down 1-0 and yet not only do you not decide to go more attacking and really go for the win but instead you decide to switch your best player and replace him with danny garcia who makes a terrible mistake of giving the ball away. Also he opened up so much space for ghana in the second half constantly beaten on his role. At halftime should have put on cuevas immideatly go for the win take at oceunda and move yedlin back and put sorto at left back. Not choosing zimmerman and marcus morris backfired horribly for ramos. Poor all around feel bad for cropper he did so much could have really used anthony brooks also.
