(can i get a "world cup" or "world cup qualifying" section?)

should be an interesting game. jamaica tough at home but already dropped points in tie with panama, and coming off loss @ costa rica. need to go for 3 points

mexico, shockingly, still looking for 1st win and imagine they will be going all out for 3 points as well

mexico break out of slump or jamaica pick up momentum heading into game v US?

Congrats to Japan being the first team (besides the host Brazil) to qualify for WC2014. As for tonights game, it will be very interesting if Mexico draw or lose. I don't see that happening, but whew, we will see what happens when fans and federation are not behind their coach!

"JAMAICA
With many foreign-based players arriving very late in the camp, nobody is quite sure exactly what the 23-man roster for Tuesday night for Jamaica. The late arrivals have frustrated newly promoted technical director Alfredo Montesso.
One thing that is known is many familiar faces who play outside the Red Stripe Premier League won't be suiting up for the Reggae Boyz. Luton Shelton, Jermaine Taylor, Demar Phillips, and Lloyd Doyley were either dropped from the team or are injured. Jobi McAnuff isn't playing this cycle because he's a father, the Jamaican Football Federation wrote in a brief, strange statement released on Sunday.
There could still be a Reading trio starting in Kingston, though, with defender Shaun Cummings set to join Adrian Mariappa and Gareth McCleary and make his Jamaica debut. Cummings rarely played for Reading but could assist against Chicharito and the Mexican attack."

If Mex doesnt win than they dont deserve to go to WC. Jamaica has no attackers from Europe.

im just gonna say how nice would it be if mexico failed to win this game. Talking a lot of shit going into WCQs and then BAM no wins in their first 4.

If Mexico wins it makes our job harder on Friday as our game would be about as close as it gets to a must win game for Jamaica. I would prefer for some of the pressure to be off of Jamaica with either a win or draw tonight.

We'll have to watch Jamaica on the counterattack. They look really quick especially along the left flank with Garath McCleary.

This is a really good game for Beasley to be our LB. They'll try to beat us with speed on the counter and Beasley's ability to recover may come in handy. With that said it looks like Evans is more likely to be the one with his hands full.

We cannot fall asleep.

Evans is far more physical then the Mexican left back. All Evans has to do is defend with a rare foray forward.

The US doesn't need to win in Jamaica. A tie will be just fine. But of course we all would like to see the US get three points.

I think the US is set up for all 9 points they just have to come out and show they want the 9 points. Hopefully ours boys get it done and hopefully Jamaica wins so we have a bit of an easier match as it wont be a must win match.
