Zimmerman got the start and looked good.

I think Ramos is going to have take a long think about who the CB's will be for the U-20's at the WC. Anyone know if Zimmerman is on Ramos' initial 35 man roster? He has to be IMO.

Yep I knew that Agudelo trade would be money for New England. That probably pushed New England into a bonafide play-off team.

Some very good games on the docket today in MLS.

Really looking forward to seeing the Seattle V LA game.

KC V Houston should be a pretty good game as well.

Opara is coming into his own, and I hope he continues to have success.

SKC vs Houston was lackluster

Barely any combination passing and not really a free flowing game.

Still dont understand how brad davis and zusi are on the national team. Davis got a goal from a great pass and finish but he did nothing else. Zusi always makes bad decisions..

If JK sticks with his word of almost no players on both the WCQ and gold cup teams that would take Boyd EJ and Herc out of the pool. I'd have to think Mac And Agudelo are locks for starting lineup and bruin is competing with wondo for a bench spot ( ps I hate wondo)

Chris Pontius, it is unfair to let the dogshit that is DC United screw over his chances with the USMNT for the Gold Cup. He is still a very good, creative, offensive player, WHICH WE COULD USE.

Bruin deserves to be NOWHERE near the Gold cup

He made a great pass but did nothing else. Same with Brad "old man" davis. Go watch bruin's sorry performance vs santos laguna (thats the type of play he will be at around the international level vs concacaf teams)

At this point the forwards for gold cup : Bert n ernie, Boyd, Agudelo, and Johannsson if he files for a switch

so Bruin plays badly against Santos Laguna two months ago and that means he doesn't deserve to play in the Gold Cup?

Guess you dont read what's in the ( )

He looked terrible against santos laguna.....Terrible. Latin teams like to put pressure on the ball because they are so quick and its damn near 2 on 1 every time. And guess what majority of the teams are in the gold cup ????

He's not better than the 4 forwards I listed. Aron Johannson decision will be made in a few days with Iceland WCQ on june 7.

JK ha stated numerous times the gold cup roster will be pretty much MLS & Scandanavia only. That would rule out Boyd & AJ.

you are judging Bruin for one game against a Mexican team when he has played against multiple teams. At least give Bruin at least a shot on the international stage before you say he deserves to be nowhere near the Gold Cup team. Bruin deserves to be on the Gold Cup team. 16 goals in MLS play (reg season and playoffs) is not something to ignore
