Anyone watching this team? I just watched the NYCFC vs Charleston Battery replay. NYCFC is going to win the MLS cup. They play a fluid attacking style of soccer. It's the exact opposite of what I saw "live" today at the quakes pre-season game. NYCFC style is impressive and thats without Frank Lampard. If they add another high quality DP in the summer transfer window, its GAME OVER!

Diskerud had a sick goal !!!!!

Nope really doubt it. Is just Pre season let's all relax NYCFC has had some bad results also I would bet on OCSC first.
Anyways how was Avaya stadium ??? Very little highlights which I hate despite being a rivalry game. Seemed like it lived up to its hype well according to some comments....

Only one thing is guaranteed about NYCFC... most MLS fans hate them already and a ball hasn't been kicked. The Fire looked like Barça last preseason but played like a farce-a. Don't let preseason fool you. They aint winning shit this year- although David villa is one hell of a striker.

Yeah barely any highlights. Lots of goals scored but it wasn't very fluid game.

The stadium is a massive upgrade from the last one. Not a bad seat in the house. The only annoying thing I didn't like is the players walk through the middle of the stadium so everyone has to wait for them to pass to get to their seats.
