Hmm. I just don't see it happening. Who would take over the USMNT and institute a game plan after these qualifiers? Bruce Arena? He isn't leaving LA.

I need verification, this sounds fake to me. I would have to say I don't see Everton as being stupid enough to do this given how much Bayern Munich and now USA did not like him.

Just like I said on mlssoccer.com:

I am beyond tired of his player selection, tactics, and lies/contradictions...

They clearly see JK is more about Defense then Offense. With Howard back there, holding bigger clubs to low scores keeps them in it. Nothing about being stupid. JK still gets tons of love from US Fans. Why I WILL NEVER KNOW..but he is not hated here. Hell even i say his heart is in the right place and should replace Sunil Gulati.

Lol. Yeah I don't really put much stock into reports coming from ESPN Deportes.

Yea he was also considered a "favorite" for the Spurs job before they hired AVB. He's a relatively big name in world football so get used to this sort of thing from time to time.

We will know the truth soon enough if we hear that Everton FC signs a bunch of defensive midfielders and offers a contract to Kyle Beckerman

The odds makers have JK with the second best odds to land the Everton job behind Martinez.

Hopefully Martinez realizes that Everton is not a huge leap from Wigan...lol I mean Wigan is now in the Championship, but hell, you still have to play Man U, whos new manager knows all your players lol....Man City, Hot Spurs, Liverpool whos on the up and up with, and Arsenal with their old stupbborn Manager. Hopefully he gets a call from a mid level La Liga/Serie A squad. And Everton takes JK off our hands ASAP!

I've been coming to this site off and on for years. And the comments on this page remind me of all the comments asking for Bradley to be fired/removed as manager of the national team. And those same people saying how his son couldn't play at all and was just included because of nepotism. I think most of you are mad at JK because the players he has aren't the ones you fantasize they should be.

Oh, yeah, "and takes Donovan with him" That's certain to help the national team's chances.

I love when there is a post like the one above. I've been on this site for awhile and many others. As it pertains to Bob Bradley and his son, MOST people said that during friendlies, there was no need to play his son for a full 90min for every game when other players deserved to get on the pitch and see what they can do. For that reason, BB stuck with his guns, never truly played others that needed time with the USMNT. If BB was not so stubborn, Perhaps, a Chandler or Cameron would have taken Dolo's spot when he was injured in the Gold Cup Final instead of Jonathan Bornstein. It appeared that BB finally understood the potential in putting players on the pitch based on their technical and natural abilities (Adu) but still had that last piece of go with the comfort player in Bornstein who in my opinion is the reason for BB's firing. Had they had won that Gold Cup Final, BB is still USMNT Manager.
