Totti has revelaed that if Roma doesn't extend his deal after 2014 then he would like to come to MLS.

Quoted as saying that he won't play for another Seria A team, Qatar is to hot, PSG already has to many stars, and that he would like to come to the US and play for a few more years.

So my guess LA and NY will be the front runners for his signature if he decides to come.

People can complain all they want about MLS being a retirement league, but Totti at 36 is still killing it in Serie A and for Roma.

Roma would be stupid not to sign him up for another year or two. However, I'd love to see him in the MLS, the man is a legend. The whole "MLS is a retirement league" thing is stupid, there are literally hundreds of clubs around the world that would die to sign this man, even at 36-40 years old. You can't tell me that not a single Mexican, Brazilian, German, French, or English team wouldn't want him because of his age. An Henry Totti FWD duo would MOST DEF. be the best the league has ever seen! But I hope he goes somewhere different.

If he came my guess is he would join NYCFC. Lots of Italian Heritage in NYC. Id imagine hed be more of an East Coaster with teams like Phile having a chance and DC/Revs as dark horses if they ever get their stadium deals

Totti is the type of player that can continue to be great late into his 30's.

It would be massive for the MLS to get such a legend and sportsman and he's the type of DP we need to start bringing in. Someone who can actually create something himself rather than having to rely on other players (the type of DP that doesn't succeed in the MLS). I'd love to see him come here.
