Don't be surprised to see Morales called up to the May/June Camp. He has been getting quite a bit of minutes the past month and half for Hertha, and started the last two games for Hertha. Granted promotion was secured for Hertha, but Morales was breaking into the starting 11 before that.

More than likely a Gold Cup callup.

Hope so - saw the game where he came in off the bench early after the starter was injured. Obviously has shown that he's capable of holding down his spot and playing well. Now we just need him to get in JAB's head....

@acahmed: it might be a case of the 'ol shop window. A club wants to offload a player who never plays so they give him some minutes at the end of the season to show potential buyers what they'd be getting.

Or he kept putting in the extra time at practice. Did good in a couple substitute appearances. Took advantage of some suspensions/minor injuries and staked his claim to a spot in the lineup

Nice. He has been starting all pre-season.

Ouch, Morales back pass results in a goal.

Pass was halfway between keep and CD, striker got there first and put it through the keepers legs.

Morales sent off - put in a bad position on a throw and the call was questionable.

Came in from the side and got the ball, just took the player with him - probably a little harsh.

I'm okay with the call, positioning not his fault as you said. He did have a grip of his shorts the entire way into the box, did get a block on the shot but was judged to pull him back.

0-2 82'. Not a good day for him. 2 mistakes aside, he actually played decently well. 2 mistakes included, what a dreadful game.
