Yep, but he is set to join Stanford. Education is big for him.

You know I am slightly surprised that Kellen Gulley hasn't been called in yet for a U-20 camp. Kid has a lot of talent.

Let's see how Gulley does with the Atlanta Silverbacks. Too bad Wynalda is not still coaching them. He probably should be a next cycle guy as well

I've heard very good things about Jordan Morris' performance at the camp as well

I love it when players come out of nowhere to step up and make themselves known

kind of like Bryan Salazar....... oh wait ramos didnt do his homework

Salazar could have turned an invite down.

Or maybe Ramos doesn't rate him as high as others.

I have confidence that Ramos will select the right players. There are a lot of talented players at the U-20 level right now, and Salazar is one of them. But just because Ramos isn't selecting one player( Salazar) doesn't mean he isn't doing his homework.

Wlaker Zimmerman fully trained with FC Dallas' first team today.

That is a big boost for the U.S. U-20's defense.

I have to ask @Blaise213 are you in anyway related to Salazar. 2tone loves Pontius but 2tone doesn't have the same devotion to him as you do for Salazar

Loves Pontius is a bit much. I think Pontius has some qualities that would translate over to the USMNT quite well, but the guy has been unlucky when it comes time to get the call-up.

Thats some funny sh*t

No man, I have a feeling that kid will be a future star. His ball skills are ridiculous. Reminds me of Neymar. Im probably a lil more hyped because of the competition between us and honduras. Also, he's at the status level where he probably reads what we say. I know i would too if i was a kid coming out of high school and people were talking about me.

I want every US national team player to have those possession skills. I cant stand it when michael bradley gets nervous while being pressured and does a back pass.

@ 2 tone

Like I said before, I will buy you a Pontius jersey if he ever gets called up on the national team and plays (excluding camp cupcake)

Problem is Pontius got hurt and now his play has been terrible this season... Completely invisible like the rest of his team.

I like Salazar but I'm not worried. He will rep the US... His mom is just whining.

This is off. Michael Bradley is actually one of the more comfortable American players under pressure. He makes forward passes when needed and he plays it safe when needed. Not every pass is going to be this lethal through ball.

There is a reason why Bradley is the most important and valuable player on the US team.
