Here is a new article out today on former US international Gregg Berhalter who is now in his second year as the head coach of Hammarby and is trying to lead one of Sweden's most popular clubs back to prominence after a decade of decline.

skimmed a bit, I think it's great that we're started to export some of our coaching talent. I think someone is going to have to move for Ben Olsen sooner or later, his ability to turn DC around was nothing short of world class...imagine what he'd be able to do with money and the traditional format of European club structure.

Great article. Was hoping for a question on him seeming to bring in American players more than other Swedish clubs and if its intentional or just a cycle

I'd like to ask him about what lessons he thinks we could take from the Swedish league in terms of youth development, and how he would see them applied to MLS, and vice-versa.

Pellegrino Matarazzo and VfB Stuttgart got their Bundesliga campaign off the ground on Saturday with a win over Mainz.
