The only highlight of that game for me was paying $5 for nachos and then finding $5 dollars on the ground right after.[/quote]

Blaise I think the soccer gods were giving you the free nachos you desired for that terrible game. I think my eyes were bleeding watching that game had to shut it off around halftime.

Yedlin announced he may train with Hannover during the offseason thanks to some connections with Cherundelo.

Good, maybe Hannover can teach him how to defend..............

If you told me that video was from 1993 I would believe you

bad combination of outfit and the hat sitting so high on his chrome dome...

Seems like he's got adugelo syndrome... he's too cool for everyone now

Good for him. Learning and being around Dolo will accelerate some growth.

Most people forget that Dolo was a wingback early in his career and his defending was sketchy. Good defenders acquire that skill set over many years.

If Yedlin impresses I am sure Hannover will keep tabs on him.

It's a crime he wasn't on the young player of the year final ballot.

He's dressed like a normal 20 year old in 2013. Never been a crime to have your own style.

listen to the way he talks,, the humbleness in his voice has left him. It like that new car smell thats no longer in your 1 year old car.

Oh I get it, sort of like the way you bash Yedlin for the way he speaks for no reason?

Yedlin speaks well, so now he's a bum and will amount to nothing.

Good insight blaise

Training with the mayor could be great for Yedlin! If he is getting cocky at all, a trip to train with a good European club should open his eyes a bit.

Cocky? I saw nor heard any cockiness. But, athletes need egos to succeed, and I would make an argument that the US needs a few more bigger egos.

Also most people don't understand the difference between cocky and confident. Yedlin had a very good rookie season, so of course he is going to have some confidence about him. Nothing wrong with that.

Good luck to him training with a USMNT legend, and a very good Bundesliga team.

He obviously has a lot of potential, its good to see Steve show interest in a young gun that could be his replacement. Also shows the reputation yedlin has to get this opportunity, wouldn't be surprised if he moves in the future.

As for him personally, he seemed like a normal kid to me.

I find it concerning when people try to dissect the personal lives of these players, especially the young ones. Its just plain weird.
