3 spectacular goals from the Sounders. They played attractive soccer
Houston & LA are playing for 3 MLS teams in semifinals

Yedlin is a future star. That kid is good. Still has some on the job training to do, but very capable at only 19 years old. Who knows if Dolo doesn't come back and play well; Yedlin may be a player for WC 2014.
On another note:
Eddie Johnson has got to be the most irritating player in the USMNT program. Sometimes he can show glimpses of what he is capable of, and other times he just looks meh.
I still say he is a better wide forward then a target CF. He does most of his best work when he drifts out wide. Thats why if the USMNT goes to a 4-4-2 I would like to see EJ up top with Altidore. So EJ can pull out wide and cause some havoc.
My guess EJ will still be called up for the March qualifiers. I think he showed enough tonight to still get the call-up. I would rather have another attacking option versus a DM on the bench.

Seattle is going to hate loosing Yedlin for a month during the U20 WC
Losing Sorto to El Salvador doesn't sting as much right now for US fans

Other than tha terrible mistake he played good... Dont know about rookie of the year is too early to tell.. I think his better than henley, sorto we dont know much about him but he is also good the few times i seen him play... Lest see if houston could pull it,out tomorrow.., im sure Galaxy will win easily...

As a Red Bulls fan I went nuts for Seattle all night. Now lets hope Houston can down Santos. Santos has to be careful as they(like Seattle) could not score an away goal. If Houston can bag one they will need at least 3.
It should be another epic night tomorrow. Knowing Houston they can do it.

Not really a mistake...as he was in good position, just out-muscled, though it was a foul.

Deandre Yedlin is going to be a good player with more experience. He needs to go to the gym with marshawn lynch though !
I also cant wait to see Gyasi Zardes and Bryan Salazar
@ 2 tone
I agree with eddie johnson... Dude is a rollercoaster and lacks some good decision making. He shouldve scored more goals.
Negatives on Seattle
* They slowed down forward momentum too many times
* brad evans sucks
* Ochoa sucks
* #12 sucks
What made my day is the goals the sounders players scored. I have never seen a mexican player score a goal of that caliber before
Heard Djimi Traore goal was #2 on Sports Center

wow. when jonny bornstein goes 90 m you know that tigres either:
a) had no respect for seattle, or
b) did not care about the competition
of the 11 starters last night, 3 players have started a total of 4 games this session in liga MX (10 games). 8 others have made 0 starts.
hard to believe they did not care about the competition, but also sad that they had so little respect for their opponent.
they got what they deserved
id still expect a monterrey / santos final but plenty of opportunity for MLS to break through
