Just watching them is an absolute joke and at the same time it makes me feel bad. How in the world did mls do business with the Devil ??? I hate the fact that mls claims they get 7k plus every game when in reality is between 1-3k with some games under 1k is like watching a HS game but with more quality. Before their season began.you could get season tickets for $117 that is a joke. I really hope Beckham and Co Change their mind and go after chivas usa and forget about Miami and possibly begin in 2016, and likely Relocate to Sacramento I'm sure they could work something out with Garber.

Best case scenario is that Chivas is rebranded as a Sacramento team. If they can draw more fans than chivas then its only fair. It follows the stay in Cali rule from Graber and frankly it cant get any worth from there if there is any doubt about the rebrand at least not what i see.

There are over 40 million people in California of course they can have several teams here but at the right places. LA, San Jose/Clara, Sacramento. And with great owners

I understand that forums are a place where one can share their opinion, but why do people continue to suggest moving Chivas? You already know what the league is going to do. They haven't exactly been keeping it a secret.

1. Rebrand
2. Sell to an ownership group that does not, nor will it ever likely include David Beckham
3. Build a new LA stadium

That's about all we can expect.

MLS looking for 60 million for Chivas USA. Their are perspective ownership groups.

Really for a sports franchise that is cheap.

Rebrand it in LA and any potential owners could have the opportunity for a goldmine in 20 years.

I wouldn't be surprised if Beckham becomes involved. The Miami gig looks to be dead in the water.

Pretty sure Beckham's contract to purchase a MLS team came with the caveat that it couldn't be in LA or NYC.

They could move them but thatd ruin the whole aura of buying them. They're in LA. LA is and always will be an attractive spot for players, prospective owners , and fans.

Did Dan Kennedy drown puppies in a previous life so now hes forever cursed to play for this sorry ass team?

Glad Bocanegra realized that retiring was the best thing for him. Chivas is so sorry.

The Seattle game was so depressing.

/End rant

I must say something serious must be done soon. The team make MLS look very bad. Not to mention that they have a good thing going for them. Cubo Torres is their saving grace and let me know if you agree that Wilmer Cabrera is actually a really good coach. I mean he took this Chivas team and made it competitive in the beginning and had them make a run of the longest clean sheets. Not enough squad depths losing Boca is a killer for such a team with nothing. Much less no Cubo.
Montreal Impact is another team but im sure they will bounce back

They had less than 1k fans on wednesday and most were sounders supporters. Idk why the league lies and announces they had 4k or so. They can only go up from here hope they get a great devoted owner(s).

Looks like a lengthy hiatus is upcoming as the new ownership is confirmed and secures a new stadium with a rebrand. It's disappointing but at least MLS is fixing the mistake and wants to take the time to do it in the right way. I'm still not sold on Los Angeles having two teams, but hopefully under this scenario they have to earn it by getting the new stadium and securing not just the ownership, but also corporate and fan support.

With Vincent Tan in the ownership group it's a safe bet that the rebranded team will wear lucky red.
