Ok, we get it. You think Adu should be in the MNT pool. Let's move on.

No one disputes this from a Club level that is where you people lose me..what people forget it, the topic is the USMNT. I have never doubted anyone saying that his club level stinks or he's very inconsistent. He wasnt doing all that great when he came into the Gold Cup. People were SHOCKED that bob bradley added him to the roster. Yet both games he was in, he was what everyone talked about.

i think this is the big disconnect. while it was a surprise that adu was called into that GC squad, he was called in because he had been consistently playing, playing well, and making his club team better in the months leading up to GC.

he played well because he was in good form, which is primarily why he was called up.
seems like you are not making this connection

being a valued club player is essentially the criteria that qualifies you to be considered for USMNT

you can disagree with that but it is how it is and it is never going to change

Adu fucking sucks!! Get off his high horse! It's pretty damn annoying seeing all these threads about Adu! You Adu fans are just as bad as Giovanni Dos Santos fans! He's washed up. The dude has literally been to 9 club teams and he still thinks Es gods gift to football! Stop living in your little fantasy land , snap back into reality and ask yourself what has he done besides the U-20 Olympics... Players his age have already matured and are playing in great teams it at least playing lol you Gus must be infatuated with this guy or must know him on personal level to try and defend him lol but damn guys get off his nuts. Lol

Thanks for your opinion! Sorry you dont like Adu and Dos Santos fans though .....

Haha looks like people are tired of the Adu talk, it comes down to this adu isnt part of the mnt or will be for awhile or ever. So you should focus on what we do have and what is practical, which means what ever Klinsmann is doing. Staying on Adu is a waist of time. Besides JK will never select someone so inconsistent, he stresses club form. Just remember how he was on Jozy when he first moved to Alkmaar to be sarting and scoring. Jurgen isnt going anywhere unless something drastic happens.

Its funny, you call Adu Inconsistent, then have the audacity to say "JK will never select someone so inconsistent lmao....you mean the same JK who has used every formation in the book and has had a different lineup in EVERY one of his matches since taking over... I mean seriously guys come on...your not even trying now, I think your just writing out of anger.....Listen to what you say and how goofy it is. Again all i've said is put the people who have helped you on a consistent level with the USMNT on the roster, doesnt mean start, doesnt mean savior. You guys act as if things are going well with the current situation. You'd rather LOSE your way, then be open minded and try to win another way...You guys voted Republican? You guys are a bunch of Say No to Whatever you dont like lol.....

I guess even with logic and fact you wont understand, Jurgen's ways dont have anything to do with a player being inconsistent. You have to take a second and realize no one is with you arguring your point everyone is against it, that should give you the hint that your wrong..

And its not say no's to whatever we dont like, its say no's to what will never happen..

Adu will never play for the USMNT again huh...ok sure buddy And you do realize that only 3 of you are arguing lol...This isn't elementary school friend I dont need one collective group for me or against me. You believe what you want, and i'll do the same. Once you realize that won't change, well then you'll fall in line and just debate or you will fade away it happens EVERY TIME.

Adu to mexico would make my day (only if he plays)

Adu to Portland/Seattle would make my day (only if there is cap/dp space)

Adu to Sj Earthquakes would make me go to every game with my season tickets. $12 per tix is worth it

O sorry let me rephrase that...he hasnt done anything for the USA...which i thought the whole topic was about... are you German? do you care what he does with the GMNT? Since you clearly do not read the administrators warning about your name calling, i'll be sure to go ahead and send that last message as well and he can suspend your account since he clearly just wrote that to you guys like 2 hrs ago.... Enjoy!

What hasn't jk done for USA. He lost to Jamaica for the first time in forever. Almost dropped points to Antigua and Barbuda for first time ever. And in a must win hone game fell behind in first 5 minutes to Guatemala. He's our best coach ever.

No i actually agree with you wholeheartedly with your comment, but heres the thing with that... In my opinion he was the best player on the Union by far. inconsistent yea you bet...but when JK says we need to be creative in the midfield...and then you take a look at the chances he created for the Union but just had horrible forwards...you would think JK would say...lets just experiment in a friendly, bring in to a camp roster, and see if those through balls get put into the back of the net with much more superior forwards then what the Union have in JackMac and Pohoy. I mean thats what camps and friendlies are about in my opinion...if he doesnt work out...send him back. Its that simple. I've always believed that theres no way he shouldnt at least get a camp roster spot. Beckerman really?

Im probably going to catch a lot of flack for this.....but I think there much bigger player complaints than Beckerman. Let me say this: He is def not best XI material, but I'm not sure why people hate him so much. He is not fun to watch, not very athletic, and you may not even notice him on the pitch, but he seems to mostly do the job that is asked of him. He doesn't make any more mistakes than the other 10 guys when he is out there. And I will say I have not seen every game he has played in for the Nats, but from what I have seen he gets a lot of unfair criticism. I agree with eveyone who says that he is not best XI and that in some games he should not be on the pitch at all. I'm just here to say that when he does play, he is not that awful.
