I know versus Mexico in the summer he was mediocre, but Mexico was high flying and we were playing very defensively. Do you really think Beasley could help open up his wide side of the field if he were to play?

I think that he could help us get through this grueling qualification process. He has a diversified skill set from Juergen's regular roster. Why wouldn't we want that in our back pocket?

I'd love to test him out in a friendly first but if he keeps performing at a high level he may be worthy of a March call up, especially if Brek Shea isn't playing regularly by then.

Klinsmann isn't afraid to bring players out of national team obscurity, like Eddie Johnson. I could see Beasley working his way back into the team.

Beasley was creating space all afternoon against Chivas today before being subbed off in the 67th minute. His finishing was poor as he had three good chances to score and didn't connect but his ability to get in behind his defender is something that the US could use.

Granted his opportunities came off of counter attacks so he'd probably flop in Klinsmann's system.

I'm glad Beasley is getting back to the National Team, he deserve this cause what happen to him in the Confed Cup was not all his fault, playing out of position and been in clubs where he had limit time to play he was not in a good form as he is right now. One think I like Beasley that he play hard, has speed, skill and always give himself 110%. I do have those memories when Donovan and him played the wide midfield or Wing. I want him on this team cause he can help the new kid to play with heart and give it all for their colors and country. I just want JK to used him where he belongs he true position no LB. I think F. Johnson and Beasley can do a lot on left side.

Beasley's injury has been classified as a hamstring strain and he may be back as soon as this weekend. I know that a lot of people on here don't want Beasley in the starting 11 but he definitely belongs on our 23 man roster.

Easily in our 23. Speed and crossing. Plus his defending is overblown. Ever since that Mexico qualifier last year he's been solid. Except for the Costa Rica game.

As long as we're throwing out the words "ever since" and "except"..... no thanks

Go to your Profiles & Settings and check the instructions. If your graphic doesn't meet the square, pixel or size requirements it will not work. I used the Pic Resize website that they've got linked on the Profiles & Settings page.
