I would like to see the DP rule at 5 players but not until the league is more established

@Blaise213 I'm with you with the 5 DP but first it Salary Cap have to be increase at least to 5 Millions. @ RED maybe for now DP rule might change in order to bring Lampard or any other big name to NYRB or Galaxy since they are the only who used there 3 DP I could say that Sounders, Toronto FC and Montreal are close to used their DP also.
