We are less than two weeks away from our first match. Any idea on when the roster will get released? Are they waiting until after the Honduras game to make sure it doesn't get brushed aside

It also said the following: Two additional players are expected to be added to the World Cup qualifying roster, which will be finalized in the coming days.

My guess one of them will be Pelosi, but the other one is peaking my interest. Will it be JAB?

Hopefully one is JAB. I don't like the idea of going through qualifying with a 5 man rotation for the backline.

Getting word that Liverpool may not release Pelosi or they won't. Which makes no sense. He is not in their first team plans at all.

From Ives I'm guessing.....Not sure why they won't, unless the round of 16 for the Next Gen is coming up, which I don't believe they set a date for. That's odd.

Yeah I guess I could see Liverpool putting a nix on releasing Pelosi for the qualifying tournament because of Nex Gen round of 16.

That sucks. Both are important though, and since FIFA has no obligation to release these players the Club will always win.

Only thing is, they haven't released the fixture dates yet but that's the only reason I can see them saying no.

So Marc Pelosi has been added to Liverpools Europa league roster. Thats why he won't be released for the U-20 qualifying team.

Regardless if he doesn't play thats pretty awesome for an 18 year old to be on Liverpools Europa league roster. It seems reports saying the Coaches at Liverpool rate him very highly are accurate.

You beat me to it....interesting. I think they could have released him, he will get more PT at the U20. I highly doubt he starts.....he might get a sub appearance like Sinclair did earlier in the year.

Sorry to hear pelosi wont be there, all i know is he better get at least one appearence for liverpool for missing U20 qualifying..

Depends on how the game is going.....this is the last chance at a trophy. Though, the league position is far more important.
