Seattle has the offense and the firepower, but will their defense hold up on the road in Mexico? Dealing with Herc alone will be tough.
This should be a great game. Looking forward to it.

Excited to see how Herc does since he has been on fire the past three weeks or so

Ugh, oh well time to focus on the MLS cup and US Open Cup
I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not

I gotta say I wasn't terribly impressed with Gspurning. You hope your keeper helps stem the tide with a save or two but he was out of position and useless on many of the goals.

Herculez Gomez is a badass. He has personally sunk Seattle's ship. Too bad we won't have a Santos Laguna vs Galaxy final (unless LA puts on a hell of a performance tomorrow). I would have loved to have seen that. Oh well a rematch of last year's Liga MX Clausura final isn't too bad.

Seattle can't hit the broad side of a barn.
Seattle should at the very least have 1 goal.

I am a sports bar that doesnt carry Fox Soccer so I am stuck reading the text feed on soccernet. It had said that Gomez scored in the 20th off of a header. Now it says that the goal was actually Quintero. What happened?

Valiant effort. Much better showing this year against Santos then last year.
But you have to say that those missed chances by Seattle in the first half are inexcusable ahem EJ and Zakuani.
I also have to make a note here: Is Yedlin Seattles best player thus far this season? Had another very good game, and was very dangerous going forward.
Maybe LA makes an epic comeback.

Man, that was painful. Seattle were soooo close. If EJ and Martins were healthy in both games I"m feeling this would have been very different.
Yedelin played well again as well. MLS is as close to Liga MX as ever.

The typical story of MLS teams not capitalizing on scoring chances.
So heres my same evaluation for Seattle
They are horrible is the final 1/3
Players that are garbage
Brad Evans
Leo gonzalez
Scott
Ochoa
Why would Seattle waste a DP slot on shari joseph? His one touch is how you beat mexican teams but he's too predictable and never challenges anybody in possession.
blahhh... Hope LA smashes monterey tomorrow

I thought Yedlin was awesome. He is starting to look as good defensively as he has been offensively! Once Rosales came in at RM/RW, he and Yedlin couldn't be stopped. That whole right side was basically seattle territory.
@Red
And if they had managed to hold on to Montero as well.
