Yeah already put forum up about this.

I wouldn't read anything into this rumor. It's the same magazine that put forth the rumor about Sapong to Arsenal.

Its what he needs, same thing Altidore has done. If the rumor is true, i think its great for him. If he could someone contribute to getting them into the Championship Playoff, which is a longshot, it would really help him get back to the USMNT.

I wouldn't say that. No he's not on a free he's got a year remaining on his contract. He's of so little value to MLS I wouldn't be surprised if a championship club like Blackburn did bring him in. They'll probably get him on the cheap and his wages aren't anything extraordinary compared to players in the English 2nd tier.

Adu in England? Now that would be hilarious. Don't get me wrong, I think he's a talent, but talk about conflicting styles. . .

How would he get a work permit? He could be a good fit at Blackburn as their owners seem to be a little crazy

I think the fact that he would be in England is hyping alot of people up, I want Adu to succeed more then anyone, The Premiere league, and their lower divisions are just bang bang pow...very fast pace and chaotic at times, I'd love to see Freddy hit up Liga MX his style of play would def improve there. But as for now, I just want the kid to find a team ANYWHERE! Galatasaray is buying every player and their mother right now...I'd love to see him to there as well.

I would love for Adu to succeed, I think it would be a great story and he seems like a good kid. I thought some writer (Goff maybe) said his handlers were trying to get him a deal in Mexico.

I see no way for him to receive a work permit. He's been out of the MNT picture for a while.

Maybe they can show old clips of him on the U17s and they will give him a special talent permit

Yea he torched the Blackburn Academy, if they truly are interested they have never forgotten that day. The kid has a ton of talent, he's still young, he can explode and truly be relevant you can't give up on him, especially when only feilhaber can do "some" of the things he can.

I'd like to hear from former players and hear what they say about him when he is not on camera and in the locker room. I keep hearing conflicting stories about some who hate him while others love him and find him to be a great teammate.

A big question for U.S. fans heading into the World Cup is surely on Jozy Altidore and just what is plaguing the young striker at Sunderland.
