Robbie Findley is headed back to MLS. Salt Lake have reacquired his rights back from the Portland Timbers. So it looks like Findley will be partnering Saborio this upcoming season in Salt Lake. Never really thought he would make a big impact for Nottingham Forest. He had a few good games.

lol Findley is no worse then Gatt lol... Every one is on Gatts sack as if he is the next Donovan. What is up with the judge of talent with the US fans lol? Maybe that is why the knockout rounds will always be our WC final.

Meh - Findley was a fine athletic specimen but he lacked several basics - I can't remember which game in South Africa he had a clear shot and completely screwed it up, but it was a sign that he was there purely for speed and not much else.

However, good to see him back with a squad where he did so well. Better than warming the pine at Forest.

Might be something wrong with how you judge talent if you think Gatt and Findley are the same....

what is Gatt known for...same thing as Findley Speed Speed Speed on the wing. You and 2tone act as if Gatt is this Technical genius, tired of this guy getting so much praise and hasn't done jack squat. 21 years old and in Norway, it be one thing if he was tearing up the Bundasliga or La Liga, even the EPL. The kid has potential nothing more nothing less. get off his damn sack.

Dude, you're concocting some viewpoint that doesn't exist. No one on this board thinks that Gatt should be in the 23 if the WC were held tomorrow. People think he's an interesting prospect. No one thinks he's going to be Landon Donovan - that's idiotic.

@Alcharod please stop hijacking every single topic. Every topic is a great conversation until you go way off topic with eith a pro-Adu rhetoric or some anti-(insert JK favorite that yu disagree with). If you have nothing to add about the current topic keep your mouth shut. Findley going back to SLC should have zero to do with your opinion on Gatt. Please either add to the current topic or create a new one to express your beliefs/opiions

Hahahah- What when have I ever stated that I thought he was some kind of technical genius? He does have some decent technical skills that he needs to work on. But Gatt can flat out dribble with speed at opponents and make them look foolish. The kid is 21, and has some attributes that are very encouraging and intriguing. Thats all buddy. Just like Gyau is promising, just like Bobby Wood is promising, just like Terrence Boyd is promising, and Agudelo. The USMNT needs players that can dribble at pace, and Gatt provides that. He needs to show that he is fearless against Canada. I predict Gatt has a very good game.

Just like you think Freddy Adu is deserving. In Klinsmann's eyes he isn't. I think Adu could be an asset, but really who does Adu replace? He isn't replacing Dempsey at the withdrawn forward spot which is Adu's best position. He isn't replacing Zusi at RW. Adu doesn't have the same kind of motor or speed Zusi has. Adu could play at LW/LF, but yet again I would rather see Pontius, Gatt, EJ, or Shea at LW over Adu.

Adu will probably get his chance with the Gold Cup team.

He is more than speed...and you haven't been on here long enough (neither have I) to know who I talk about. The only players I talk up would be Holden and Mix. Holden for one, before the last injury, was on the verge of being a top 1-3 player for the Nats...and Mix because he reminded me a lot of Holden (slight differences). I have always said that lately Gatt deserved to be called into camps and put into the 18, with the low amount of options that we have. He would be a good tactical sub on the bench and it wouldn't hurt to give him the occasional start. What young player do we have tearing up any of those leagues???? Why not be excited for a player that looks like they could replace Donovan and not skip that much of a beat??? Or do you just want to be negative all the time??? The only people on anybody's sack is you and a few others on Adu's.

You girls are way to sensitive lol... When we struggle this cycle..you think i'm bad now..just wait. your really gonna dislike me then. Until then calm down and shut up, just an opinion board, if you dont like it sorry...i'm not going to stop just because you dont like my views on Adu, Feilhaber, Jones etc.... if your gullible enough to believe the path we are on is the right one...good for you! Nobody's stopping ya. If you think gatt will replace donovan without skipping a beat...you just need a head doctor real fast... But then again your a Liverpool man, says alot about ya
