I know KAKA has been gaining some steam lately, but I don't see him sigining with an MLS team until after the WC. So here are my speculated DP signings in the summer of 2014.

1. KAKA to LA or NY
2. Clint Dempsey- Has stated a desire to return to MLS and perfect timing would be after the WC. Does New England still hold his rights?
3. Sneijder- I could see it.
4. Maicon
5. Klose

Howard wants to come back. Cherundolo wants to finish his career with the Fire. Bocanegra would have huge appeal in MLS as the US captain or former US captain. Jermaine Jones is another one who is interested.

I think Dolo could come back before then. Herc Gomez will return at some point.

Hmm, don't know about Howard, but the rest I could see in MLS in the summer of 2014.

I'd love to see Dempsey back in NE but not yet. He went to Tottenham to try to get UCL action and I think he stays with Tottenham for at least 2 years but hopefully more. Maybe when he's like 34 years on or so.

If Michael Owen doesn't get playing time at Stoke I wonder if he could make the move.
Lampard is another one I wouldn't mind seeing.
Casillas but not for a few years.
Di Natale
Rio Ferdinand
Ashavin (probably will go back to Russia)
Ronaldo (years from now)
Berbatov?

Why does Cherundolo want to end his career with the Fire? Isn't he a Cali native?

Dolo, Boca, Beasley, Onyewu, Jones, and Gomez are definitely Yanks I can see coming back after WC. As far as others...Kaka (NY), Lampard, and definitely Owen because he has a need for spotlight of any kind.

Conor O'Brien could finally make his Austrian debut for Wiener Neustadt on Saturday.
