That article was embarrassing to read. I can't believe MLS editors went for it. How do you just address facts?
It almost seems as if it was written by some crazy fanboy, not by someone who should at least have some sort of grip on reality.
Yura Movsisyan, Najar, and Vedad are not losses. They were never even close to citizenship. Yura wasn't as close as people think.
People still actually still think Rongen is the reason Subotic isn't with the US. US did everything they could with Rossi but you just can't win some people.
Then you read the comments to that article. My God.

The only reason we're talking about this is because the season is over and there isnt any other $%^& to talk about.
@nick
My favorite part of that article "Klinsmann has been in touch with and made aware of players such as Aron Johannsson, Shawn Parker and Sebastien Hines"
LOL when it said sebastien. Would love to lock down all 3 players. We'll see

Hines is begging for a US callup
The one who I actually think may be the biggest prize and who I think is winnable is Adam Henley

Henley would be a nice pick up for sure. Is he close to getting capped by Wales now?

That MLS article was poop. Yes it would be a great coup if Henley decides to play for the U.S. Because he would immediatley upgrade RB for the U-20's in WC qualifying.

We really need Hines - I watched Middlesborough play for once the other day. He looked great - a presence on set pieces and was constantly making a difference in the defensive third as well. Not bad for a fairly lanky guy - why not grab him when he's wanting it, especially with our state at CB?
Henley would be great but not a game-breaker for me. Johansson is the real coup in my opinion - Iceland is no presence in any tournament (Euro or World Cup) but he's apparently heart-tied to them. The goal he scored yesterday is a perfect reason of why we need him. It's just up to him - I wonder if Klinsi would take time away from Shawn Parker to look at him a bit.

I wouldn't get any hopes up for Johansson. There are plenty of skilled Fwds coming to the USMNT in the coming years.

I don't know why I always forget about Parkhurst, but I could see him actually unseating Castillo as Fabians back-up at Lb. Parky is a better defender than Castillo.
Revised Defense against Honduras:
Dolo, Chandler, Parky, Fabian, Gonzo, Cam, Boca, Besler( Maybe Hines if he puts his FIFA one-time switch through before the Honduras game).
