He needs to stay at AZ for another year maybe two....no need in rushing. He isn't where he needs to be to fight for the starting role at any big club.

People fail to realise that if AZ want to sell him then they are going to sell him.

We also have to consider that AZ is very bad this season and they can be relegated.

I haven't heard anything about them shopping him....just teams scouting. Even so if that's the case I would hope he winds up going to a mid level team in the bigger leagues. He isn't ready for a top 4 side in the big leagues especially the EPL.

I agree that a Championship team or a promotion team would be the best fit for Jozy in a potential summer move, maybe a Leeds or Nottingham Forest (though they're currently residing in the middle of the table). I could also see him going to one of those perennial up and down promotion/relegation teams in Italy, like a Reggina or Brescia or FC Torino. Better leagues/countries for football than Holland, but not a "too big" club...a chance for him to get his feet under him and adjust to the style of play that will allow him to move to a bigger club at some point.

Jozy scored twice today. It's each time most hard for Jozy to stay in dutch club. Even more if the AZ be relegated.

Well in all honesty it would be better if he stayed in the Dutch league, for instance look who came out of the Dutch league... Ronaldo (THE true Brazilian legend), Afellay, Rijkaard, Stam and many more. But if he does stay he need to move to Ajax or PSV if he moves. As for the French league it would be another perfect league to head to!
Whomever says he needs to go to the championship is a outrageous decision to make! Why in the world would you go back 2 steps to make it in England?! If Altidore heads to the Championship league he might as well forget what he has learned in the Dutch league! That league plays strictly long ball games! Oh and btw who ever says the Dutch league has a weak defense, how would you know lol what team in the Dutch league do you play in lol

Given the fact that he is in his early 20s I would suggest ajax or psv, but if chelsea or spurs come calling might as well take the challenge. I think spurs would be a better fit and a better a chance of playing time.

I would like to see him at Ajax for a few seasons, but Fiorentina is showing the most interest in him, and I could ultimately see him playing in the Serie A next season.

Hopefully Fiorentina thinks they will have to sell then otherwise there is a good chance he won't be a starter. They play a 3-5-2 with Jovetic and Luca Toni.....with Ljajic getting games up there as well. They also have El Hamdaoui who isn't bad coming off the bench. Ajax wouldn't be bad as there is a lot of discussion about De Jong moving soon.

I would rather have him go to corinthians... They Are the champions of the world.. chelsea is not that good, and tottenham has too many attacking players and dont use a 4 3 3.. he should go to seria a or bundesliga.. premier league wont make him better... He already had a bad stint at hull.. 1 goal in 28 games is terrible. A defender scores more than that.. anyways good luck to whereever he goes..

I think Tottenham would be a great fit for jozy... Thin striker pool, great service from Bale Lennon Dempsey and Dembele, build chemistry with Dempsey ahead of World Cup, and plenty of yanks in area to help him get settled. I would love to see jozy become a beast up front like Christian Benteke is for Villa!
