So Pulisic returned to the starting lineup today for Chelsea. I was not able to watch the game as I am working but I guess he had a fairly mundane game. Guys on the forum are starting to call him Mr. Glass because he is injured so often. Chelsea ended up losing in the 95th minute.

I have serious concerns over how often Puli is injured.

I watched the end of the first half and set to record the second half, which I'll watch when I get home, plus Gio game. Lets go.

Same, which is why we continue to need other young players to break through, we never know which ones might have their careers completely derailed by injury, and we can use all the quality depth we can get. See John O'Brien and Stuart Holden, in previous generations we didn't have replacements who could match their skill level.

I think he needs to bulk up his legs more !!!! but some people just get leg problems.
I'm prone to a pinched nerve (back) once in awhile but can go in 0 degree weather and run 3 miles without stretching...

He was way better in the first half. Running at defenders making them commit to his dribbling. Chelsea fell off tremendously after Giroud scored.

Doesnt help that defenders beat the hell out of him. He's so quick that they foul him alot. Semedo couldn't handle him. Lampard also made Pulisic and Werner swap sides which was an odd choice.

Christian was giving Semedo flash backs of Alfonso Davies LOL. Who ripped him to shreds...

Didn't dress for Southampton due to some muscle tightness. Not an injury but coach not taking any chances with him. Good for the coach. Hope to see him in Champions League.

CHO apparently drove head first into Tuchel's doghouse, so that could help pave the way as well.

Well pushing the 80th minute and Puli's butt sitting firmly on the bench. This coach may have given Pulisic his first run out at Dortmund but he sure doesn't seem to rate him very highly.

And CHO starting despite getting dressed down by the Head Coach to the media after the last game. It seems that Puli's time at Chelsea will just be 10 min here and there at the end of games. I guess Bayern are interested in buying him this Summer, I hope he goes.

Yes, it's looking like a change of scenery might be in order.

Imo, there is a back story. Whatever caused him to leave the team for personal reasons is severely impacting him mentally. The recent images of him are telltale...he looks completely sucked out and vacant. The coach is taking it easy with him...probably knowing what he is going through...taking a slow approach until Pulisic can hopefully work through it. We all handle emotional stress and pressure differently...some guys can compartmentalize it and function and some can't.

Agree with this. I get the sense that CP isn't a guy that blocks out distractions well.

Well lets hope it's the coach being kind.
