Looks like R Cannon is a Euro snob as well-the guy has been out of mls for what 2 months or so. Pretty damning line: our guys need to exp what REAL football is. The level over here is so much better. we need our NATS guys playing in euro leagues.

would have been helpful if I included the link-its a good read

Did anybody else see McKennie give the ref the Italian shake of the hand after he got called for a soft foul going up for a corner?? I was cracking up.

Moving forward GB is the wrong coach for this team. GB's MLS agenda will continue to hurt the progress of the team. The only MLS players in consideration should be Morris, Akinola (if he wants to play for us), and maybe Zardes.

() I still think playing Adams and Mckennie together will weaken the teams attack
() I think Robinson needs to be our LB
() Brooks and Richards are our strongest CB's
() I think Konrad is better that Llanez and shouldve started vs Panama
() Yunus should've taken the penalty vs Panama

Hoping we get more dual national players to commit next year.

I mostly agree with your points...with a couple exceptions:
1) The only MLS players in consideration should be Morris, Akinola (if he wants to play for us), and maybe Zardes.
Agree with everyone but Zardes. Morris can be a depth option at Striker & Wing. His hold up play has improved this year, and I don't think he'll be able to keep a spot as a winger long. He provides a similar engine as Zardes, but has slightly better touch. I'd add Aaronson, Pomykal, Dyke & maybe a couple others....but most of them are going to be 3rd or 4th stringers (Injury back-ups), but they are in the conversation.
2) I think the Adams & McKennie pairing worked pretty well this window. Especially with Musah...if he's not there it may be a different story.
3) I was not impressed with Konrad. I was hoping/expecting more from him considering his club situation. Just wasn't as polished as I'd have liked. Still has a chance to be with this team, but I give the edge to Uli for the moment.

I'm on board with the younger MLS kids, they've developed the technical ability where the older generation never did. Caden Clark looks promising but I don't think any of those names are ready for the senior team.

2) Gotta disagree, Adams was always the first one subbed out in both games. I'd like to see US go with something like this:

-- Balogun --
Pulisic - Gio - Konrad
-- Musah ---
-- McKennie --
Robinson - JB - C Rich - Dest
-- Steffen ---

Sub in Adams for McKennie when Mckennie turns into a field ghost like the did for 25 mins in the second half vs Panama.

Adams was subbed out because he has a club restriction lol

Gregg has said he's our most important player

That part I didn't know

He's the most important player when games are 0-0. You'll start to see us being limited in the attack against better opponents with the Adams/McKennie pairing. These kids are fast and track back so we don't need the traditional #6 and #8 players both on at once.

I'll be waiting for the told you so moment next year !!

Blaise - It depends on the game, as there are some games/situations that a draw is actually a win. I can promise you that if it's a 0-0 game at Azteca in the 75th Minute Gregg isn't going to remove either McKennie or Adams. In that situation, a point away to Mexico during WCQ, is actually considered a good result.
On the other hand if it's 0-0 against Panama at home in the 60th minute than yes...I'd expect one of them to be subbed out for a more attack minded CM. Which one gets subbed would be a coin flip...and IMO it would depend on which was having the better performance that game/night.
Fully expect Gregg's 4-3-3 formation to look more like a 4-2-3-1 when we're playing higher caliber teams. Both Mckennie & Adams sitting deeper with the expectation that the outside backs (Dest, Robinson/Cannon) are expected to provide the extra attacker to overload the opponent at times.
