Boateng looked old and slow for Bayern today. Maybe there's a chance Richards can push his way into the lineup for a look in one of the upcoming games. Also seems more likely they bring in another RB and push Pavard into that spot Boateng has been playing.

@hamsamwich - I was shocked by how poorly Bayern played. Their defense was particularly bad. I was actually happy they didn't sub Richards in; now they can't use him as a scapegoat. The interesting thing is that w/out Neuer it could have been even more lopsided.
Was also surprised by how poor BvB was. They had all the possession in the world, but the last pass/final ball was lacking all game.
Best thing I can say about the BvB game was that at least Bayern lost this weekend as well, so they haven't been able to break away from the rest of the table.

Leipzig and Adams are off to a good start I think unless Bayern add a couple I could see them dropping a small level in the bundesliga. Will it be enough for the other teams to keep pace? Maybe. At least sargent was played as a central forward this past weekend. We can actually start looking at how a healthy Weah can substitute all across the front line.

Just want to see one of our Dutch league 10s (Mendez, Ledezma) get some run in the first team this year. Like I said Mendez is my player for someone who can add something different to the pool, I really want him to have a good year for Jong Ajax.

He's firmly in the English setup. It wouldn't hurt to give him a call though.

I'm waiting on Uly at Hereenveen. He makes some solid contributions in the Eredivisie and he'll be on the right track for me.
