Hoppe scores again today.

He scored, but it was a bit lucky. The defenders should have cleared the lines, but got stuck in-between actions. The keeper than flubbed the save a bit.
Not trying to take anything away from him getting a goal, but trying to put it into perspective.

Reports coming out that Jan Huntelaar might be heading back to Schalke for the reminder of the season to try and stave off relegation. Would likely mean decreased minutes for Hoppe.

True, but he showed great speed and reaction on the play. if you watch his strike his technique was correct -I mentioned this kid as a sleeper for us but his time could be closer than I thought- Josh has good combo play and can hold the ball, but this kid has composure at speed in front of the goal certainly deserves a call up

yes that is great to see, I havent rated him as high as others but it would be awesome for him to excel and develop further the amount of talent we have right now is great.

Another goal for Hoppe. Chaos in the box and he finishes it

The finishes on the hat trick were all quality. That said, I've watched the past couple games. He's got a predatory instinct and a high work rate, but he doesn't seem all that skilled.

He is not as foot skilled as Josh, but he is showing killer instinct and he finishes-is fast, and very good workrate--It is easier to work on foot skill than trying to teach killer instinct and nose for goal, im excited for this kid and to see his development

That's not necessarily a bad thing Cudevil. He's already very good at making runs. He's not Near Sargents level technically but for the US he just needs to make those runs and exploit space.

Doesn't help that Schalke is a dumpster fire combined into a tire fire. About to lose in stoppage time if they can't find another goal

5 Goals in 3 Games, good for him. I have not watched him play but 5 goals in 3 games is nothing to scoff at.

Richards on loan to Hoffenheim... I'm pretty certain they are managed by uli hoeness' son who was Bayern 2 manager last season so he knows Richards well. Good change to get playing time for a lower mid table team.

Brooks goal and a clean sheet. He's been in really good form this year. Wolfsburg could get a CL spot if they can eke out the results for the rest of the year.

I'm just excited it seems Richards will get a chance to play. The USA has to have that. He is green now but if he can get a few starts this last half of the season he will then be looking at a transfer or maybe more time at Bayern next year. Great timing on the move for Chris. He may be the best American player he just needs more game time to prove it. Richards gives the USA a real chance if he can get better.
