I understand ESPN owns new rights to BUNDESLIGA and next season will be on the streaming service ESPN+ ONLY? I hope not. So many young Americans

Tyler starting at 6 today. His engine and motor is top class. Reads and anticipates the game well. Always where the action is. Tidy in possession. Not a big guy but you rarely see him get muscled off the ball.

The only difference between him and the top 6s in the world like Kante and Kimmich is that he's not as comfortable creating attacking play or taking chances in the final 3rd.

Brings me to another point, having a player like Tyler at 6 who can play quickly through the midfield and keep possession would be more valuable in a higher level game that requires playing through pressure than the 6 like Yueill who's better at pinging the ball diagonally but can't cover the field or play quickly through pressure.

Our 6 group could turn out to be a lot of fun with Cardoso and Otawasie.

I watched the game, Tyler seems to not have the confidence that he had last year. Maybe the lack of fans? He displayed nice awareness dribbling out of an attack that fizzled because a bad pass to him. But also made some poor passes costing possession.

Tyler's passing was fine especially for half a game with 10 players.

He led the game in touches and tackles, which is a good game indicator for a 6.

Tyler's criticism comes from not having the attacking ideas, quality, conviction for a 6 on a top 10 team in the world that is going to depend on attacking contributions for everyone including 6.

No amount of games is going to help him develop the attacking qualities that top 6s in the world have innately like Kante, Kimmich, Fernandinho.

That's why development and pedigree is so important in a footballer. He can play KO round Champs League level and is by far our clear choice for 6 just missing the attacking ability to be elite at his position.

Here are his numbers from that game.

I'm going to say when it was 11v11, Adams bossed this game from central midfield. His passing was fantastic first half, later he was pushed to RB to cover for the red from his teammate.

Ngolo Kante made his rise at an older age than Tyler has keep that in mind. So did Fernandinho. Adams in this game pushes the ball forward and found teammates feet. He's not supposed to do more than that.

Traditionally, ESPN bungles most things they are involved with. Unfortunately, that probably means paying for games that are free to watch currently.

Anyone know why McKennie was not on the Schalke roster for this round of matches? Yellow card suspension, injury, rest, other?

I'm assuming most games will be on ESPN plus but they'll have a game of the week either on ESPN ESPN2 or ESPNews like they do for Serie A.

For about $5/month, you'll have access to a lot more games than are currently broadcast.

Looked like Sargent had a good game for Werdet. Drew a penalty (missed). Forced a keeper to parry two shots with a teammate scoring on the rebound (although he really needed to finish the second chance himself).

Hopefully, both Fortuna and Werder can pull off great escapes, but it seems unlikely. That said, they both have multiple 6 pointers against other relegation threatened teams to end the season.

He was very active, playing with more purpose and passion than we have seen most of the year. When the season has gotten very important, Kohfeldt has stuck with Sargent and is being rewarded for that. The next game against Munich is going to be Bayern's coronation as champs but there are two winnable games left. Plenty of time for him to keep making an impression, even amongst other bundesliga teams.
