Most likely you are correct but because some will have more time to develop at their club then possibly a select few would get promoted to the USMNT, thinking Ledezema, Reyna possibly Llanez.

I think this extended break may have some unexpected impact to the player pool. I expect that before leagues start up again there will be a conditioning period for clubs (essentially a mini pre-season) where i think a number of our young players (Llanez, Reyna, Ledezma, etc....) will have an opportunity to improve their standing with their clubs Sr. Teams. The break has also probably allowed some of our players to recover fully from injuries (Pulisic, McKennie, Adams, Sargent, Pomykal, Holmes, etc....), and be back to top physical ability.

Depending upon how long it is before leagues resume, and for the National Team competitions to be scheduled; I think we'll see some significant changes to what our best XI may be.
I'm going with a 4-3-3:
------------------Sargent----------------
---Pulisic-------------------------Reyna---
--------McKennie-------------Holmes--------
------------------Adams----------------
---Dest------Brooks--------Miazga-----Yedlin---
-----------------Steffen-----------------

Bench: Morris, Ferreira, Llanez, Boyd/Weah, Hyndman/Pomykal, Yueill, A. Robinson, Cannon, M. Robinson, Long, S. Johnson, Horvath

I don't think it will be long until Morris is out of the team. Ully has been promoted to the first team and could make his debut in May.

Also, here's a nice compilation of Duane Holmes who is a class player and should be moving to the EPL soon.

Maybe not out of the team, but if he is out of the first 11 and an option off the bench, the US would be in a much better place.... If we ever play another game....

Agree, it is disappointing we haven't seen more of him in a USA shirt. Hopefully his injuries are behind him and we will get a chance to see him in a run of games.

I think he hasn't been called up due to unfortunate injury timing and working his way back into DCFC 11. It's either that or Roldan is just too good!

I always thought when we saw Holmes and Sargent on the field our attack was much more threatening. Speaking of Roldan, it makes me wonder what players we most likely have seen the last of with the emergence of some younger players.

I have Pulisic, Reyna, Ully and Weah as wings then we'd be in a better place than Morris off the bench

I basically have the same wingers, but as of right now I still have Morris in the 23.
I just have him as a back-up for our thinnest position....Striker. I see him as an excellent tactical change option to Sargent or Jozy as a lone striker.....Or if we change to a 2 forward formation to be the speed option similar to what CD9 was to Jozy in 2009 (just not as talented). The fact he could be used in an emergency on the wing is just an added bonus to have during tournaments.
