Dallas has Tessmann, Reynolds, Nelson and Servania in the starting 11
Busio as the deep lying midfielder is obviously a work in progress. The passing is there but he struggles winning back the ball. Got a yellow after he let Santos carry the ball for 40 plus yards before taking him down

Mueller looks like he's gonna score or lay one on a plate for someone else every time he's on the ball tonite.... A Chicago guy tearing up the Fire. The lack of any second team continues to kill my pro team in such a talent rich area.

What did you think about the penalty against Muller, total dive but he learned a valuable lesson not to put your hands on someone in the box. He barely touched him and he went down like he got gut punched. LOL

So a lot of Americans scored yesterday, Plenty of young guys too.
Ryan Hollingshead,
Juan Agudelo,
Brek Shea,
Gyasi Zardes,
Ayo Akinola,
Grffin Yow,
Chris Muller,
Benji Michel,
Cole Basset,
Jonathan Lewis,
Jeremy Ebobisse,
Muller and Zardes remain in top 5 scorers in the league,
Zardes, 9 Goals, 3 Assist
Muller, 7 Goals, 5 Assist
Morris and Akinola in top 10
Morris 6 Goals, 5 Assist
Akinola 6 Goals, 0 Assist
With the league bringing in a ton of talented players and the level of the league rising it's good to see Americans doing so well because it has not always been the case.

@kamphgruppe- mueller also should've went down twice on the same play and would've won a pk each time but fought through it and lost his footing and the chance went. It was pure determination on his part. I'm a fan of this player beyond the fact I root for all guys from my hometown. Hes got a winning mentality.
***what a ball from Smeagol Vines on the assist. I gotta say he impresses me every time I watch. Vines is on the up and I wouldn't be surprised if this is his last MLS season, or maybe next year halfway he goes during the summer. Vines is quality.

Yep, I really hope that GB gives Muller a look. Vines will be going to Europe sooner rather than later. Aaronson too. He looked fantastic on Sunday setting up at least one goal. Anthony Fontana also scored on Sunday and is yet another young American prospect. I guess Aaronsons little brother will be called up to MLS next season and apparently at least as good as his brother. Lets get as many of these guys to Europe as we can, I still think that Germany is the best place for our players right now.

Muller deserves a call up-I would be fine with Gasper and Vines as well.

Cole Bassett just keeps scoring. The rapids are a fun talented team well coached by Robin Fraser. Yarborough in goal gives them something. Sméagol Vines impresses me every time I watch he is so smart. Of course Cole Bassett continues his rise somebody is going to get a great deal on him he's better than Aaronson for my money. The guy who may be playing the best though is the dude with the #10 Kellyn Acosta. I've always liked his game and he's really starting to figure out that enganche position. Lots of flicks and back heels and slid passes, Acosta is learning to dictate the game while throwing in some surprises.

So many young American players who are playing really well. It's actually hard to keep track of them all.

I got to following Colorado when I lived there. They are a fun team to watch, especially for a neutral or from a USA perspective. Not a lot of hype on these guys in Colorado but they have skills and a good mentality right now.... ESPN+ makes it pretty easy for me to watch whatever game I want. The have a lot of games domestically and abroad. The USL championship has some good players as well. My family are season ticket holders for Sacramento and so I've seen a decent amount of them live, this year on ESPN+. Their LCB, Hayden Sargis, dude can play. I'd almost be surprised if he makes it two more years for the start of Sacramento in MLS, I think he may get sold before then. Big guy, mobile, can pass and defend. Watch out for him.

Ya, I have ESPN+ also to my wife's dismay. It's fantastic.

There's only 2 nationally televised MLS games in the next 14 days. Sad league

It's strange that you feel the need to dig at MLS all the time. It's a tier 2 Feeder/Retirement league. It's also the #1 league in our country. Not the best in the world and not the worst. I have noticed that you and bjelks will go out of your way in other post to dig at MLS players as well. You don't go out of your way to dig the Eredivisie, or the Allsvenskan or similar leagues. You don't rag on their players either. I don't get all the hate? Please explain to me why you hate your own country's league so much? What are your expectations? What would make you respect it?

As much as I still don't think Roldan should be anywhere near the national team. He did have 2 goals last night and his 2nd was pure class, great first touch and a fantastic chip of the keeper. Morris with a goal and an assist last night as well as causing Galaxy back line fits all night.
Another night where a lot of young American players scored. I know last week 12 American players scored in one day. Not sure how many scored yesterday but it's good to see with most teams only starting 1 or 2 American players to have so many goals by American players.
