Awesome! Thank Christ because we need a USMNT shakeup in midfield! Won't be long until Uly gets a look with Wolfsburg first team too.

Is Ledezma's endurance improving? That was my major problem with him. Let's get Holmes and Paxton in there already.

Ledezma was just getting over injury issues. That's the reason for his lack of endurance.
And yes I also want to see Holmes, Sonora, and Pomykal. I think Sonora will be a huge U23 asset.

He is on the bench but one of PSVs players just got a red card. Not sure if this makes it more or less likely that he plays. Excellent player with the skill set needed for the USA, in comparison to a guy like Roldan in that pseudo 10 position.

Ledezma and Gloster going to preseason camp with the first team in Germany. Good sign, Richie's on the cusp of being a first team regular and if they didn't have Mohamed I'm sure he would be. Gloster has a chance to impress, especially after PSV decided against keeping Rodriguez from Milan.

Ledezma has played well and generally been creative since his debut with the first team. Got another assist last night, Richy has a knack of being able to make the right play. His vision and technique are just outstanding. Honestly if he just got his legs stronger I don't think there's a league he can't play and excel in. But right now I don't think he could physically handle England or Germany. Or maybe even France. If Richy could take a cue from Llanez (every time I see him I think he's just been busting his ass to get better. I'm a huge Uly fan) and work harder in the gym i think we'd have something.

Stretchered off with a knee injury didn't look good at all
I feel bad for the kid. Was hoping that he'd be part of the Olympic Team in 2021.
His brief cameo in the game against Panama highlighted his ability, but also showed that he still had some area's of his game that needed improvement.
If he can successfully recover over the next 9-10 months he'll still have a chance of making the 2022 WC, as he'll still have roughly a year to get back to full fitness and sharpness.

What a huge blow..just breaking through at high level club. I had Gio and Richie being the two breakouts this season before it started. If Richie kept getting apps and starting here and there he was a lock for the US team. Now we'll prob get Roldan bc he'll be injured...

I think you'll see Aaronson, more than Roldan. But it is a blow for Richie.

That's my hope, but if he gets zero pt at Salzburg then were right back to Roldan. I don't know about you but id rather be seeing Ledezma or Aaronson coming off the bench into the game over Roldan..let's hope he plays at RB. .
