In other news, Sargent's Bremen lost to Chandler's Frankfurt 3-0. Josh came on as a sub and Timmy was an unused sub (he played 90 on the weekend though).

Not specific to yesterday's game, but I think the lack of crowds are really hurting these teams with less talent. Without the "12th man" so to speak, I think the heart of some of these squads is going away earlier in games than it would if there were fans there to "back" the players and "lift" the players performance. It's been strange. Teams are getting stomped.

Tyler Adams moving more into the midfield has been encouraging.

Sargent has been active, even if Werder attack (bittencourt in particular) has no vision.

I'm hoping Bayern clinch early maybe we get to see Richards.

I believe it also shows in the win loss record of the home team. It would be good to see Richards but doubtful.

I didn't get to watch but happy Adams is back in the midfield.

Still want Sargent turn active into goals.

Good pt about Bayern clinching and the possibility of Richards.

What are your thoughts on Ully?
I don't think the manager wants to play him and he should look for a loan.

Monumental opportunity for Bremen was missed. The number of US strikers that end up on absolutely toothless teams dating back to Jozy at Hull/Sunderland is crazy. Now, I know I'm leading with my chin and the response is "Well, that's because our strikers aren't very good". And maybe there is some of that, but the service that guys like Jozy, Bobby, Nova (with Fortuna), and now Sargent (I'm sure I am missing some) is sooooooo inept that there really isn't a ton these guys could do. Hard to be clinical with your finishing when you get a chance about every third game.

Llanez will get his chance when the time is right. It's not like Wolfsburg has been bad to where we can say the guys in front are scrubs. I'm confident he's on the right trajectory.

I look at transfer market and the age of the players. I think Uly is definitely younger when it comes to Wolfsburg squad. It is saying something that he is being included.

But without the fans, I think there is a perfect opportunity to get playing time and get a real evalution of how he stacks up. And it could be, the manager is just bringing him along slowly.
