I don't think Bradley is jogging, I just think he's slow and so is Trapp.

Yeah Bradley has been slowing down for a few years now. Time to move on from the past.

Once again we got smoked because 2 MLS players were controlling the midfield....

Bradley's dumb ass got burnt on one of the goals

You wonder why our players, coaches, and domestic league are not respected worldwide? It's because of guys like this clown who have no faith in an American's ability to understand or play football. Why would other countries respect us when our own people do not do so? I certainly don't think that MLS is a top league, it is however a good league and improving every year. Klinsmann put a lot of faith in MLS players and they held their own just fine. I have watched these friendlies and I don't believe the domestic player were any better/worse than the European guys. You guys are so prejudiced against MLS you can't even look or think objectively about any of it anymore. .

P.S. Bradly was not at fault for the goal. I didn't want him in the team anymore but I have to admit, he played well.

Eh, Pulisic a true winger. Amon is a true winger. Gall is a true winger. Gyau is a true winger. Gooch is a true winger.
Mckennie and Adams are 6s.
Yedlin and Robinson don't keep possession well enough to be outside mids. Yedlin's crossing is suspect. Robinson may not be great, but he's the best left back we have.
I thought Wood was fine but he needs service and could come back deeper to receive the ball.
I'm open to experimenting with Acosta at 10. I thought he was very sharp overall and positive going fwd.
And for Godsakes can we get Alfredo Morales in camp?
Would also love to see Joel Sonora.

Okay, I stand corrected.

But in the true sense of putting our best 11 out there, Yedlin and Robinson are it and a back three affords us an extra body to deal with their shortcomings. I personally would like to see a back three of either CCV, Brooks, and EPB or Miazga, Brooks, and EPB.

@knownothing I respect the 5 back strategy from the perspective of keeping you're best 11 on the field, however I believe Mckennie and Adams are so good as dual 6s they can compensate for defensive shortcomings of the back line and allow another attacking player in the midfield.

Until we have a coach with a clear direction going forward everything this current team does is a moot point.

Peru beat Chile 3-0 the other day, they will definitely be tough. I would rather see this kind of brutal slate than have it be like with Canada's kids where they're playing U.S. Virgin Islands and Dominica and not being tested as a group.

These have been great games and the next two on the road promise more... England and Italy (have they chosen a site yet for the Italy game).

After getting roasted by Douglas Costa and then the Colombians, IF Robinson improves these games were worth it.

If in the next two games a few players get their move abroad because of the exposure they wouldn't have gotten with an "A" team, the games were worth it.

If Sargent can make an impact (not a full performance, just an impact like what Weah has done) over the next few games they were worth it.

Steffen has gotten some good games but let's see where Guzan is at.

Other than that- I'm struggling to find a reason to build without a coach, especially if it's berhalter who could've been in charge long ago....

I agree. The continued lack of looking for a head coach has been a farce. IMO the sprin, summer, and fall friendlies have been pretty wasteful. The new head coach should have been in place since the summer. Now the head coach has camp cupcake, spring and a couple summer friendlies before the Gold cup.

What I'd like to see tonite: (4-2-3-1)

---- Novakovich ----
Weah -- Saief -- Amon
-- Acosta -- Trapp --
Rob. - CCV - MM - Yedlin
---- Guzan -----

2nd half: (4-4-2) Sargent (Saief), Delgado (Trapp), Picault (Amon), Cannon (Yedlin).

i can't really disagree with that. I just didn't want to have both him and Amon on the same side all game. Realistically, Cannon probably would start while Amon comes on as a substitute. But everyone will play this camp I believe.
