"AC Milan have agreed to sign 17-year-old Brazilian-American forward Lucas Ramalho from Brazilian club Clube Nautico for €300K. He will join on a three-year contract with an option for additional two years. Lucas was born in the US"

Blaise, is AC Milan good enough for him to get a USMNT callup right now?

Does anyone know if 300k is average, below average, or above average for a 17yo at a big club like AC Milan?

Not sure how frequently youth contract values are advertised. But to put it into perspective Pulisic is currently earning ~1.1M @ 19 yrs old. Since his original signing w/ BVB he's renegotiated his salary twice, as his value/role has increased with the club.
So it could be estimated that his original contract was in the same ball-park (~300K).

How that compares to other youth players/nationalities who can say.

The final stretch of the English league season is upon us, with several Americans on the verge of relegation with their teams.
