I really thought that O'Brien and Brooks would be called. There's no motives for let's these players out. We can not lose Brooks, he's a starter for a team that will problably be promoted. Why no to call, just because he's young?

Probably. Perhaps letting him get his feet set. I can't be too far off. With all that going on next year we stand a good chance of seeing him. Especially if Hertha get promoted.

Not worried about O'Brien. It's coming. He's too quality not to. Is Denmark included in Jan availability? Cant remember...

Brooks won't be on the GC team if the U20s make the World Cup

In Edu's defense, he is a good player and can do well in defense for us...I will say that in my opinion that Gyau SHOULD NOT have gotten a call up.

Even when Edu was starting consistently for the overrated Rangers, he still wasnt producing much for the USMNT. The dude is average at best on the club level and struggles to make the 18 for Stoke. To me, Klinsmann comes off hypocritical with his inclusion. I just don't see it.

You can absolutely debate Gyau's call-up. I like that he is here. I like him better than Gatt. Just as fast, better technically. With Gyau getting starts and consistent minutes at St Pauli, he has a case to be here. And Gyau is better than just St. Pauli. He was very close to breaking in at Hoffenheim last year and then was LOANED to St Pauli. So Hoffenheim still has plans for him in the Bundesliga.
