Everyone stinks. Same old same old. Crap tactics, bad formation. Also our players can't pass a damn ball.

Miazga and Brooks have been good.

This game was always going to be a bit of a reality check for these young players. Something to show them have much they still have to learn, grow, & improve.

IMO the back line (Yedlin, Miazga, Brooks, Robinson) have played fairly well and are likely are starters going forwards. They weren't perfect and still have a lot of room for improvement, but about as good a place to build from as we have at the moment. We still need to identify who the 2nd & 3rd string options are, but it's a good start.

I'm not a fan of the 4-1-4-1 formation....especially against opponents who are stronger than us. I just don't think that McKennie or Adams are creative enough to contribute that far forward. I would have preferred a 4-2-3-1 to provide more defensive coverage, but without Pulisic being available we just don't have someone to help link the Midfield & create in the final 3rd.

I'm looking forward to watching the growth of the midfield corps once they're all available and have a bit more time together. We still haven't seen Pulisic, McKennie, Adams, Saief, & Weah in the same camp. IMO the depth options at midfield are looking fairly good. Guys like Green, Arriola, Gall, Gooch, Amon, Acosta & Trapp should help keep the starters honest and pushing themselves, while also providing different looks for different opponents.

Still lacking/missing that stand-out striker option. Wood & Jozy are serviceable but don't put fear into an opponent. Hopefully Sargent can grow into that roll sooner rather than later, but he's not there yet.

Zardes is a really terrible footballer. Horrible positioning, terrible touch, no vision. Decent athlete, but a terrible footballer.

I thought Wood was pretty good as well given the context. Good touch, worked hard, good running off the ball.

The main takeaway for me is that Miazga is a lock starter going forward. He was partially to blame for the first goal but overall I thought he had a very strong game and was our best player tonight.

When you play Brazil you need players that can attack and get past a defender. Keep putting in MLS guys that play scared and that's what you get.

Green needs to be stopped getting called in. McKennie was too nervous and gave away so many easy balls. I liked trapps distribution but Bradley can still be used for another cycle if that will be his role. Adams has potential to be special as Pulisic, Sargent, and McKennie. Miazga was the best for me. Brooks should have cut in to help Robinson on that goal but ran towards the goal instead of the diagonal. Not that bad even though Brazil was at like 50% speed.

Adams was much better when he was finally put centrally.

Commentary sucks!!! Holden Sucks!!!! Fucking nonstop garbage.... Just shut the fuck up. And we leave Tim Chandler and FJ off the roster for what again?

I am this close to turning off USNT games altogether...

Chandler's injured. Yeah, I love Stu as a player, one of my favorites ever, but not a huge fan of him on commentary.

I only saw the first half but I'll stick to my same opinions before this roster was announced. Don't call in Roldan, Trapp, Acosta, Adams, Arriola, Lletget or Delgado

Also get rid of Sarachan, dude sucks
