Jurgen klissman in serious talks with him on the usa bandwagon... Good looking player from mainz 05... Only 19yrs old... Could really help the sub 20s on their world cup qualifing...

First off, Shawn, not Sean.
I wouldn't be shocked if he was on the Russia roster. Personally I don't agree with calling up a reserve team player to the senior team (a la Terrence Boyd when he was at Dortmund) but I know Klinsmann has been after him. On Twitter, Brian Scarietta reported that Klinsi was at the Mainz-Nurnberg game and said that it might not just be for Chandler (alluding to Parker). Also, he added to speculation by writing that he can't comment on that rumor yet.


United States U20 and former UCSB keeper Justin vom Steeg has moved across the Atlantic to join 2nd Bundesliga club Fortuna Düsseldorf.
