Yeah he looks to be a special player. He was recently called up to the US I 18 team.

Konrad was born in Miami in 2001, he lived in Miami until his family moved to Spain around 2011 (~10 years old). Has lived in Spain for 6-7 years now. I don't know if he has Spanish citizenship.
