Very encouraged by the three MLS teams' first legs in the quarterfinals.

I watched both games... Typical MLS not being able to finish their chances. Seattle could've scored 4 more goals. I think Chivas had a problem playing on the turf. Hope all MLS teams finish them off.

Good results. And yes Seattle should have at least scored three goals.

I think the point of tonight is three fold:

MLS can play level for level with LIGA MX. Maybe. Great wins but leta do it again next season

While MLS may bring in bing names for reputation, it can be a great place for "cast offs" like Phillip Bradley Wright and Giovinco to find their game and succeed at high levels. Giovinco maybe in the top 5 of free kick takers in the world.

MLS needs to pay attention to the Red Bulls. Use your reserve team to develope and then give those kids a shot. Is there another team in MLS building like them, they have a system and it is working imagine that.

Who the hell is Philip Bradley Wright?! Jokes aside I agree wholeheartedly that teams need a greater focus on youth.

TFC is beating Club America 2-1 at halftime right now. Need to get another goal or two for some breathing room before the return leg in Mexico.

3 to 1. Did Altidore get credit foe the third goal as well? DelGado is having a very good game today as well.
