He had a good game on the wing today. Showed a lot more skill that is needed to play at wing.

Getting limited minutes now with Celtic. I think its fair to say that his dream of getting the ballon d'or are gone. Doesn't mean he won't be a good player, I'm just saying being #1 in the world at some point in his career is at a virtual zero chance.

I think he is much more suited to play for the U20's this summer. He has a lot of time. He is only 18.

Its a tough spot for Weah who is a PSG player and if Neil Lennon doesn't feel he needs Weah for the title, or for a future relationship I guess I find it difficult to see how Weah plays any more than he has recently. None of this says anything to me about his talent, just the business of the game. We all hope he plays more but I don't think so until next year.

If he wasn't getting much playing time at Celtic, why would Lille give him more playing time? He needs to think about the 2nd division in France...

Lille may be about to lose their top scorer (Nicolas Pepe), that may free up some opportunities for Weah. Loic Remy had also been playing a lot up top for them, and he's 32 now. Lille will be in the Champions League mix next year as well.

10 million reasons why. Clubs like Lille don't pay 10 mil for a player to never use him.

Plus, when he did play at Celtic...he scored. When he played at PSG...he scored. When he played at U20 (vs France no less) he assisted/scored.

He will get a shot at Lille. Perfect move for him....

people forget that he is still SOO YOUNG...to do what he is doing at his age...still puts him on track to be a top player in EU football....

Well Lille has a good track record developing young talent and playing them. Eden Hazard would be the poster child there, but there have been others.

It would not surprise me if PSG insisted on a clause for a buy back fee or right of first refusal.

Great for him but can I get a refund on these two PSG jerseys with his name on the back that I just bought?

The kids got swagger... and a nice price tag to go along with it for his first big move. 10 mil isn't a drop in the bucket. The type of player who will improve the national team.
