Fixed Brooks Miazga positions. I am not high on Arriola, Saeif, or Gooch, thus why going with Manneh (assuming he does make his move to Germany, and can play on right side as well as left).
If Keaton Parks breaks out, then he will be competing with McKennie for that position. I won't put Pulisic on the wing.

I still think a back three suits us better as it allows Yedlin and our left back more freedom to attack and more cover when they do.
Same thing with Edu, Bradley, Feilhaber when we had them all in vogue and in form. If they are ALL in form, please for love of god just put them on the field together. Second half against Ghana showed tha tht ebest llineup for us was Dempsey Donovan and Altidore as close together as possible, with Bradley Edu and Feilhaber behind them.
If mckennie, Gonzalez, Adams, Parks etc are good them stuff that in, 3 mids above a CDM then puli with a forward, which ever, those guys would be our best players!
Width is only a concern if we're facing attrition. If Mc, adams, acosta were getting forward like they did against portugal then it's really a non issue, Sapong fed Mckennie from the wing.
There are going to be a number of potential combinations and formations over the 2022 cycle. It's going to be up to whomever is hired as the new manager to determine what is best. We are starting to see real options at almost every position except:
Left Back: D. Acosta, Robinson, Farfan are the top 3 prospects, but I haven't seen enough of any of them to determine if they'll fill our biggest concern.
Right Mid: Gooch & Arriola are our top options unless Pulisic is played wide (which many people don't like), or unless one of our LM's can switch sides. I don't like Adams as a WM, but he could be deployed there.
Striker: Wood, Morris, Jozy, Sargent, Dwyer, Boyd, ArJo are all still in the picture, but none are truly making a clear cut claim for the top spot.
Our greatest strength/depth looks to be the options down the spine of the team (CM & CB) as well as potentially LM.
I would still go with Fabian as LB and Chandler as RB. Not convinced of Yedlin's ability.

Not convinced of Yedlin's ability but convinced of Sargeant and Amon's bahahahaha.
Mckennie is arguably our 2nd best player after Puli and he's not on the field.
No respect for Saief who has beaten Tottenham in UEfa knockout rounds and played regularly in Champ league.

Just having fun fellas.
It's nice to have so many young players coming through that we can have healthy debates at multiple positions...honestly the competition is going to be insane. I don't know how you can keep a guy like Adams off the field.
Some of these guys like Brooks and Puli....Yedlin...possibly Miazga... realize how close they came to going to a WC, only to have it slip thru their fingers. Fours years is an eternity to wait...
This is going to be a special group of "refuse to lose" players...
They're on a mission to restore order to the US soccer universe.
Sucks that we're out of the WC, but it's going to be a great ride to see how the team takes shape over the next couple years.
2nd game
Wood
Saeif. Pulisic. Green
McKinee Gonzalez
Robinson Brooks Miazga Yedlin
Hamid
Subs. Morris, Lleget, Glaad, Parks, Arriola, Sargent

Second game I am going with CCV as starter over Brooks and Moore over Yedlin. Since we have no coach, just want to see how you reapond. To not playing, being benched, on the pitch etc.

How fast things change: 3 months ago our lineups looked completely different by like 6 players. Just a note that by December 2018 we may have 6 new guys again....

I don't know how you can keep a guy like Adams off the field.
You keep guys like Adams off the field by having even better players in front of him in the depth chart. I like Adams, but if I'm putting together a starting XI from all players within our pool he's not in it....
6 - Gonzalez (1), McKennie (2), Adams (3), K. Acosta (4), Roldan (5)
8 - McKennie (1), Adams (2), K. Acosta (3), Parks (4), Hyndman (5)
10 - Pulisic (1), Scott (2), Saief (3), Parks (4), Hyndman (5). I don't see Adams as a CAM.
RW - Pulisic (1), Gooch (2), Arriola (3), Adams/Rowe/Zardes/Delgado (4)
RB - Yedlin (1), Moore (2), Olosunde (3), Adams (4)
Adams would Definitely be in my 23....his versatility is a huge benefit as he provides cover at multiple positions, but there is someone better at each of his projected positions, and that is keeping him out of my starting XI.
2nd game
Wood
Saeif. Pulisic. Green
McKinee Gonzalez
Robinson CCV Miazga Moore
Hamid
Subs. Morris, Lleget, Glaad, Parks, Arriola, Sargent
I'd mix it up a little more to test out depth in some needed areas:
1st game put Scott/Parks at CAM spot and shift Pulisic to right in place of Adams.
2nd game insert Adams for either McKennie or Gonzalez.
I was not impressed with Arriola down the stretch for club or country in 2017. To me he needs to step it up significantly in the January camp or be replaced. IMO Green, Arriola, Saief, Gooch, Manneh, & Amon are all at a similar level (right now)....so will come down to how they perform when given their chances. And we still have Perez & Akale as possibilities for consideration in the future.
