They better schedule friendlies in November.

30 player roster:

GK: Gonzales, Bono, Steffen, Horvath

Defense: Yedlin, Adams, Polster, Miazga, EPB, CCV, Glad, Cameron, Vincent, Morrow

CM: Acosta, McKennie, Davis, Gonzales, Roldan, Cannouse, Hyndman

Attackers: Pulisic, Jamieson IV, Wright, Wood, Morris, Arriola, Lletget, Taitigue, Manneh, Sargent

Yep time to get the kids in.

Who would you all look me to see?

Lynden Gooch should be on your list.

The next tournament is Summer of 2019 folks. Just friendlies for another 2 years. Next World Cup is in 5 years. THEREFORE. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO CALL ANYONE WHO IS CURRENTLY 28 years old or older. That means MICHAEL BRADLEY RIP, HOWARD RIP, GUZAN RIP, DEMPSEY RIP, OMAR F'IN GONZALEZ RIP, MATT BESLER RIP, GEOFF CAMERON RIP, GRAHAM ZUSI RIP, BEASLEY RIP, VILLAFANA RIP, JOZY ALTIDORE RIP (hes 27 but fuck him), DARLINGTON NAGBE RIP (hes 27 but fuck him).

All callups for November friendlies and 2018 friendlies are to be players between 17 years old and 27 years old. NONE of the above players should ever be called up ever again!

To add to your list 2tone, I'd include Kelyn Rowe, Brooks Lennon, Chris Durkin, Andrew Carleton, and hell even George Acosta. You need to remove Cameron and Morrow from that list for being too old.

I feel Cameron is done with US national team. Not because he isnt good enough but because he wasnt trusted over a guy (Gonzo) who cost us the game. In addition he is 32. He isnt making the 2022 world cup so might see it as a waste of time. Will prob want to focus and finish out his career on a high club wise.
I think this could be fesable.

Who would you bring in at LB other than Morrow? I am struggling to really find a younger option. Cameron might be dropped, but I think he is a good option to help transition some of these guys. I would suggest Opara but he is always injured.

God we're not really producing any LBs huh.....
At U-17, Gloster is crap. At U-20, Danny Acosta was crap. Uh oh......
Someone is going to have to slot out of position (maybe Justin Glad!)

Instead of November friendlies against other teams, let's stage our own version of the Hunger Games.

CONCACAF based players versus European based players

Proceeds from the gate can go to the Red Cross

Euro starters off the top of my head:

Horvath
Miazga, CCV, Brooks
Yedlin, Cameron, McKennie, FJ
Pulisic Wood Gooch

CONCACAF off the top of my head:

Gonzalez
Adams, Zimmerman, Besler, ?
EPB, Acosta
Carleton, Nguyen, Morris
Dwyer

This is how the team should've looked in todays game, not November

Wood, Morris, Johannsson, Sargent

Green, Saief, Pulisic, Timothy Tillman, Gonzalez, Williams, Wright, Carleton

Robinson, CCV, Brooks, EPB, Miazga, Yedlin, Chandler

3 keepers

Looking toward the future, US should try to lock down that Galaxy product Effrain

blaise, I like how you don't even bother to name the keepers, and how at least 4 of the players you say should have played today are injured. No McKennie?
