Goal against Milan after coming on around the hour mark for Dybala. Could have had another.

The deal isn't complete yet and I am not sure it is worth it. At 3 million, if he doesn't adapt he can readily be sent to the bench. Not doubting his ability but thinking about style of play and how it fits. Especially, at a bigger club with a legend in the twilight of his career.
Also, the timing where we want Americans playing as much as possible to be in form for WC Qualifying. Weston will have a year of ambiguity about his club because this is essentially an extended try out, I'd be more excited if they pulled the trigger on the deal.
I was a bit skeptical when this loan deal 1st happened, but McKennie has proven himself to be a reliable & valuable addition to Juve. He's been far more impactful on the offensive side than I expected while still being a High-Energy presser on defense.
The Pirlo seems to really trust him and has been giving him plenty of PT as a rotational starter/Super Sub. Considering the schedule congestion due to Covid, it's been a good strategy for his transition from a bottom feeder like Schalke to a huge club like Juve.
Juve may end up getting a sweat-hart of a deal out of this if they pick up the option to buy at the end of the season.

I was obviously a bit skeptical as well. But it seems that Pirlo believes in Mckennie and he (Mckennie) got a shot of confidence because of this belief. Mckennie seems to be playing on another level nowadays. This also opens the door for other US players i.e. Reynolds as a cheaper alternative to their European counterparts.
